Supply & Fixing basketball board including basketball pole with connected items complete set consisting of mainly the following components:- (a) 20mm thick fibre acrylic sheet/ 'A' grade malesian board white including 50mm x 50mm x 2mm thick with MS black square pipe frame with board of size 71" X41" including standard marking on board. (b) 450mm dia basket dunking iron ring with net made out of 18mm dia MS pipe fixed to board as per standard practice. (c) Top holding plate made out of 6mm thick MS plate including 4 Nos 100mm long, 16mm dia, bolt and nuts. (d) Base plate made out of 6mm thick MS plate including 4 Nos 16mm dia, 650mm long bolts and nuts. (e) Basketball pole 150mm dia and 2.5mm thick round mild steel black pipe of standard height approx 3.20 Mtr vertical above floor level and 1 mtr deep below floor level fixed in PCC 1:2:4 and approx 2.2 Mtr projection/ extension to fix the board with adjoin pipe of square 50 x 50 and 2mm thick as per standard practice as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. (f) All MS items duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material & Labour for providing supplying and installation of 8 layer synthetic flooring for basketball court (3 to 4mm thick) over plain cement concrete with following stages given below:- (i) JOINT : Special fibre treatment for concrete surface expansion / construction/dummy joints. (ii) PATCH: 100% Acrylic based emulsion to repair cracks of concrete and asphalt pavement. It should be carried out after 30 days from the date of placement of concrete. (iii) PRIMER: 100% Acrylic unic floor based emulsion to improve bond of acrylic court system to the concrete or asphalt surface. (iv) RESURFACER: 02 layer of Acrylic resurfacer 367 -30 for filling and smoothing asphalt or concrete surfaces in preparation for Acrylic ITF Approved tennis court system. And fills the surface chips, voids and conceals repairs while providing a smooth surface of colour coating. (v) RUBBER CUSHION COAT: 02 Layer of Acrylic Floor rubber cushion for asphalt or concrete surfaces in preparation for Acrylic ITF approved system.
(vi) ULTRA RUBBER CUSHION COAT: 02 Layer of Acrylic floor rubber cushion for asphalt or concrete surfaces in preparation for Acrylic ITF approved system. (vii) PRECOAT: 02 Layer of acrylic based textured tennis top coat. Ideal for colour coating tennis and basketball courts and other sport pavement surfaces. (viii) LINES: 2 Layers of acrylic latex white striping paint textured based ITF Approved, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- The work shall be executed through specialised agency / applicator of synthetic flooring and material shall be approved ITF standards of Make carbolink india PVT Ltd or equivalent and colour of synthetic flooring shall be approved by GE/ Engineer-In-Charge. The unit rate quoted by the contractor/ bidder shall be deemed to be included guarantee period of 03 Year from the date of completion. The security deposit amount shall be calculated as per the scale laid down by MES for calculated individual security deposit on the total amount of said items.

Material & Labour for 60mm thick M-35 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete paver block of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick on stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered / unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of XLPE LT cable Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25.0 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Laying in replacement of 50mm OD Double Wall Corrugated (DWC) high density polythene pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall for protection of underground Cable with all fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply & fixing LED flood light fitting 210 Watt with LED lamps and driver and made of pressure die-cast aluminium housing IP66 road way luminaries (wider beam angle not less than 120 degree, optics with convex lens/pinet lens) with UV stabilized polycarbonate cover or heat resistant toughen glass cover and high power LEDs as light source with LED fittings system Lumen not less than 100 lumen per watt and electronic driver with efficiency 85% with inbuilt protection against lighting, over voltage, short circuit and surge/spike protection upto 10 KV ensuring longer life (THD<10%, PF shall be > 0.95, colour temperature 5700±300K), life expectancy of LEDs minimum 50,000 burning hrs, warranty of complete luminaries fitting shall not less than three years. Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel wire of dia. 4mm as earth lead by means of bolt nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electric plate no.3 of MES SSR PART I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40mm dia. NOTE:(1) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate enforced with 8mm TMT bar@ 10cm C/C on both sides with suitable casts iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate no. 3 of MES SSR PART I (2) Item includes the cost of 7.5m GI pipe for protection of earth strip. (3) PCC pit shall be provided atleast 500mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quote rate. (4) Item includes the cost of 7.5m length of earth wire.
