M & L filter media of thickness 15mm in layers to the filteration plant of capacity 125 Cum/ hr , each layer consisting of pea gravel of size 25mm, 20mm, 15mm & 10mm dia sillica sand (yellow) in layers including taking out old filter media complete all as specified and as directed .

Repairs and servicing of suction sweeper comprising of 2 or 3 HP electric motors, rating at 0.8 power factor, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 cycles per second directly coupled to centrifugal pump set to matching capacity 50x50 Suction/ Delivery, 1500 RPM, mounted on common foundation including replacement of parts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Parts of motors shall be measured and paid for separately here in after as supply.

Disconnection and removing the unsrviceable/ burnt out windings of submersible / centrifugal motors carefully and rewinding the same of capacity upto 5HP with super enamelled copper conductor of suitable size complete duly varnished, baking, providing with insulation paper etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for replacement of rubber coupling complete with CI part of booster pump of capacity upto 5 HP complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for replacement of rubber toughened wheels, high tensile, from trolley complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only PH and chlorine testing kit suitable for testingwith O-Tolidine solution for reqular test including solution, in the packing of 500 ml complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for replacement of rubber PVC hose pipe, superior quality, heavy duty, 40mm dia complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per Srl Item No. 7 here-in-before but 50 mm dia

M & L for replacement of PVC flat copper conductor cable 6 Sqmm 3 core multi stranded connected with suitable for pumps and reqired copper thimbles and nut bolts to panels complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only ball bearing for centrifugal pump suitable for motor of capacity 03-5 HP complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply only ball bearing for centrifugal pump suitable for motor of capacity 15 HP to 20 HP complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement of superior quality water proof rubber packing for suction sweeper complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F in replacement of MCCB 100 Amp, 3 pole, 25 KA, breaking capacity, fixed type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 63 Amp, 3 pole, 16 KA, braking capacity, fixed type in sheet metal enclousure box complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of GI/CI/DI and filter plants / pipe of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ( first quality ) with exsting colours complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the pressure filtration plant of capcity 25000 gallons complete and taking out filtration plant media like gravel and sand from the existing filtration plant and cleaning the inner portion of the pressure filtration plant using with clean water and scraping the dust, silt from inside the filtration plant and cleaning of perforate pipe and nozzles including laying of serviceable filter media in layers complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only copper sulphate for potable water copper sulphate pent hydrate content 98%, impurities limit (i) Free sulphate and 0.2% max (ii) iron as Fe ppm 200 max toxic substance limit as pp of product (Cuso4 5H2O) (iii) Arsenic (AS-05) (ii) Cadmium (Cd) (iii) Chromium (Cr-05), (iv) Mercury (Hg-0.1) (v) Nickel (Ni-100), Lead (Pb--70), The copper sulphate should be powder or crystal (vi) Deep Blue colour and solubility 266g/ I (20 Degree).

Supply only calcium based high strength granular chlorination chemical (Calcium Hypochlorite 65% chlorite granules) for water treatment with and including plastic drum of 45 Kg packing complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of olympic size swimming pool and diving pool with PVC brushes, wipers, surf and tetrachlorede acid. Rubbing the side walls and including buffing steel grill and floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of automatic star delta starter with single phase preventer, overload relay of suitable capacity, RYB indicator, voltmeter and ammeter 415 volt 3 phase suitable for motor capacity up to 20 HP complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of Gun metal globe or gate valve 50mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of pressure gauge 4 dial / 8 dial including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.
