Providing and laying water proofing treatment in Sqm basement on both horizontal and vertical surface at all levels with loosely laid Poly Vinyle Chloride (PVC-p) membrane by mechanically fastened method of Sika India Pvt Ltd or equivalent brand approved by Engineer-in-charge consisting of following operations. Providing and applying two layers (one over PCC and another over the PVC membrane) of polyster based geo-textile protection fleece Sika-Sarnafelt 300 or similar having the following parameters as per GB standard (GB/T/13761. GB/T/13762 and GB/3923): Mass per unit area - 300 gm/sqm, Thickness - 2.4 mm. Providing and applying 1.5 mm thick twin colour, heat weldable, flexible, non reinforced root and micro organism resistant thermoplastic synthetic water proofing membrane made of virgin plasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (PVC-p) Sikaplan WP 1100-15HL formerly known as Sikaplan 9.6 or similar conforming to DIN 16730/DIN 16938 with complete laying by loosely laid mechanical fastened method as per manufacturer's method statement including overlapping, seam welding, detailing, fasteners, washer, PVC roundelles, surface water bars etc. Providing and applying 25 mm screed (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded 20 mm down stone aggregate) over HDPE sheet. Above water proofing work shall be got done through authorized applicator of the manufacturer and strictly as per written method statement submitted by the manufacturer. All welded seams shall be tested for the water tightness. Total 6461680.00
