REPAIR/ MAINT/ REPLACEMENT OF SUMMER/ COOLING APPLIANCES AND OTHER MISC WORKS IN TECH AREA AND SALAWAS AT AF STN JODHPUR

M&L for taking down the desert cooler, scraping and removing old paint of desert cooler body (steel surface) and preparation of steel surfaces including necessary denting/ welding/ cutting etc. and spray painting two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) over a coat of red oxide primer on outer surface and inner surface i.e. water tank and body, fan mounting blades shall be painted with a coat of anticorrosive black paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete for desert cooler of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spray painting shall be carried out with spray gun and compressor with other required T&P.

M&L for general servicing, cleaning of desert cooler and oiling of fan motor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs welded wire mesh 3”x2” rectangle block of 12 standard wire gauge galvanized iron of size 24”x28” in size for side panels of desert coolers complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out fan motor single phase 230 Volts, 1400 RPM 3 speed 1/8 HP from desert cooler and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete including replacement of gun metal bushes and reassembling and fixing in position complete all all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out fan motor 3 phase phase 440 Volts, of any capacity from industrial cooler and rewinding the same with supper enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge and varnishing complete including replacement of gun metal bushes and reassembling and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repacement fan motor suitable for desert cooler 180 Watts with copper winding fan speed 1400 RPM, 3 speed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, top of desert cooler, of any capacity, fabricated out of 1 mm thick mild steel galvanised iron sheet including gas welding at joints in and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, front side grill of desert cooler of any capacity, fabricated out of 1 mm thick mild steel galvanised iron sheet including gas welding at joints in and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
