Restoration of rain damages of LWSS Kalnoo Koyota in Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in wall (any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr) attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding cutting and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing smooth finishing in RCC of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3sand) in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting (one coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorated wallsurface to give an even shadeinlcuidng thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all dirt, grease, loose pieces of scal and sand papering smooth in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of RCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unservieable materials within 50 mtrs lead in all leads and lifts and to the enitre satisfaciton of the Engineer-in-charge.

For pumping machinery foundation
