Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, pendant, regulator, sockets, light fittings etc, removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded, copper conductor (FRLS) cable of size 4.0 Sqmm LT, 1100V grade, drawn trhough and including adequate size PVC non metallic conduit of 20mm or approprite dia with all accessories and fittings with one run of 2.5 Sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Two runs of 4 Sqmm cable & one run of earth wire and one run of PVC non metallic conduit shall be measured as one run length. (ii) Cable required for connection to DBs shall be deemed to be included in unit rate and shall not be measured separately. (iii) Earth wire shall run inside the conduit pipe. (iv) Extra length of cable required for connection to MCBs shall be deemed to be included in unit rate.

Taking down service bracket with all fitting from wall of any size and making good disturbed surfaces to match the existing surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clean dry sand, laid in trenches/ducts for cushioning to cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned depth of sand as specified shall be mesured for payment purpose.
