Works Specifications Details: “Two wheeler Refuse vat Box Type, Size 6’.0x4’.0x1’-3”x1-6” capable of being drawn by Tractor Chassis to be fabricated from M.S Channel 75x40x6 mm M.S channel chassis with cross number of same section the chassis. Drawbar:- Tri-angle”A” type drawbar to be fabricated from 75x40x6 mm M.S channel fitted with spring loaded “Eye hook”, parking stand etc., Platform:- To be fabricated from M.S angle 2”x2”x1/4” (50x50x6mm) with cross member of same section covered with 12SWG thick M.S sheet. Side board & roof side board be open and front side will be closed. Wheel equipment:- two nos. of pneumatic tyre (MRF/CEAT/J.K) wheel 6.00x16 (Nylon) with tube and heavy duty churl rim fitted on high tensile strength 50*50 mm sq. Axle, Heavy duty C.I. Hubs, tapper roller bearing – 30209 SKF. Suspension 2 nos. semi arc spring 12 ply fitted under the chassis with U-clumps, U-bolts etc. Construction:- Arc welded, painting:- two coats os synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer in outside & inside.
