Material & labour for Rewinding of electric motor of Cap 7.5HP- 12.5HP (Condensor and Chilled water Motor) three phase 415 volts by removing old u/s burnt copper winding wire, cleaning of slots and insertion of insulating paper in the slots in appropriate size and rewinding with super enameled copper wire ISI marked of suitable size along with insertion of superior quality of insulating material, winding, varnishing and drying, including dismantling of electric motors connections and refixing back after rewinding, replacement of connection plate and making necessary electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Decoupling of Monoblock Pump from electric motor, dismantling from the foundation and shifting to local workshop for Repair/ Overhauling of mono block pumping set 7.5 to 12.5 HP (Condensor and Chilled water Pump) taking out impeller bush bearing shaft stuffing box reassembling the same after replacing the defective parts & carrying out the necessary repair remetalling turning polishing the pump shaft replacement including replacement of steel studs and unserviceable nuts and bolts repair/replacement of ball bearing impellor stuffing box greasing etc and testing on completion and commisioning & installation at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The complete job includes making good the existing pumps water leakage proof ,including gland/ packing etc. (ii) Cost of the Spare parts except GM bush, Impeller, stuffing box and ball bearing shall be included in the quoted rate by the contractorfor repair the pumpset.

Disconnecting from mains and complete overhauling of existing air compressor from the Air manifold system OT MH of Cap 225 litre, max working pressure 175 PSIG,size 457x1475 and hydraulic test pressure 290 PSIG and replacing of unserviceable and non functional parts with new items including piston, connecting rod, oil, greasing, oil strainer, air filter,inlet/outletvalve, suction/delivery pipe, gasket, crank, belt, repairing and Overhauling of 7.5 HP pump, 3 phase starter, vacuum pump, oil strainer and air filter, cable, silencer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note- Replacement of parts rate included in the Quoated rate.

Cheking and testing of Complete oxygen gas supply line for leakage and rectify the defects by tightening the joint and minor repairs, at OT MH complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for carry out leak test for the chiller type system by extracting the existing available gas from the system to separate cylinder storing and pressure testing the complete system with dry nitrogen and check the leaks , identifying the leaks, rectification of leaks by brazzing / welding at the leak points/replacing by damaged valve gland package / gasket etc, and after rectification of all the leaks pressure testing the complete system up to 300 PSI at high side , 200 PSI at low side of the system, holding the pressure for 24 hrs and vaccumising the complete system after releasing the dry nitrogen and charging the refrigerent gas to system and testing & comissioning the plant checking all controls for the 25 TR capacity of make : Voltas / Blue star, shell and condensers complete all as specified and directed. (Loc- Maternity ward MH and ICU MH)

All as per Sl item No. 31.00 here in before but capacity of 65 to 100 TR (Loc- OT MH and Raina Auditorium)

Carrying out repairs and Maintenance, attending to breakdown of 15 to 100 TR liquid/Air chiller central AC plant of Make : Voltas / Bluestar as per the following scope of the work given below including carrying out general repairs/ servicing to ensure smooth and trouble free operation of plants to the entire satisfaction of users/department complete all as specified and directed. (Maternity/ICU/OT/Raina Auditorium).

Scope of Work : (a) Periodical monitoring / Inspecting the complete AC plant and carrying out preventive/ periodical maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of AC plant.The periodical inspection for preventive maintenance shall be carried out by technician/service engineer of OEM once in a quarter other than breakdown calls for monitoring the operational condition of AC plant including for preventive maintenance/breakdown calls whenever required. Each preventive maintenance & breakdown call if any will be measured Job (b) Visual inspection for oil traces, Air heat exchanger (condenser) cleaning, check for removed protection devices, and improperly closed doors/ covers, check that the temperature difference between the heat exchange inlet and outlet is correct, check the refrigeration system, motors and starters for performance and healthy condition of plant. (c) Checking the system for leakage and rectification of leakage if any. (d) Taking a set of readings and evaluating the same to ensure the satisfactory performance of the plant. (e) Checking the refrigeration control system for operation and adjusting the settings as and when required. (f) General Cleaning of the evaporator and condensing coils (g) General Lubrication of the bearings of motors, pumps and fans as and when required. (h) Inspection of belts, which includes adjusting the tension including replacement if required. (j) Filling only the refrigerant as a result of leak arising from the system due to standard wear and tear. (k) Repairing/ replacing the components of the equipment at site or at workshop as required (l) To check proper functioning of microprocessor and take control test. (m) Intimating any breakdown requiring specific major repairs/overhauling to the contractor/ department for immediate rectification of defect. (n) Attending the complaints/ breakdown whenever received by user /JE /Engineer in charge and attending the complaint for same within 24 hrs of receipt. (o) The repair/replacement of all spare parts like ICVC Boards, compressor / fan motor rewinding, electrical switch gears, contactors, PCB, refrigerant gas etc., are not in the scope. These items shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (p) Any minor spares/ repairs items which are required to keep the plant in operational condition are deemed to be included in scope of work.

Material & labour for Repair and replacement of unsv parts of existing Micro-processor Based Control panel of Make : Voltas complete in all respect with all electrical switchgear complete all as specified and directed. Location: Raina Auditorium

Note for Item No. 34 to 36. (i) Cost of replacement of Field Devices, motor protection device, single phase preventor, PCB with display, sensing transformer, contactor, Chilled Water Inlet Sensor and Outlet Sensor with their mounting and fixing accessories and High Pressure and Low Pressure Cut off switches of Make : Danfos/Indfos deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of the control panel wiring must be included in the quoted rate by the contractor. (iii) Contractor must visit the site before quoting the rate, work will be done as per ground as directed and specified.

Supply, Installation in replacement of Thermometer, case and bezel moc shall be cast aluminum 304, weather proof as per IP - 65. Immersion length around 200 mm, Connection 1/2" BSP with SS 304 thermowell dully filled with glycerin/ equivalent complete all as specified and directed. Make : General Instrument / H Guru.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning in replacement of Automatic Purge Valve. Automatic Purge Valve MOC shall be of Brass and Plastic Cap shall be provided on the Outlet to shut the air vent when not in use. There shall be check valve at the bottom to seal the system when the Auto Air vent is removed for servicing. Auto Air Vent shall be installed on all High Points in the water piping system to automatically remove the trapped air. 3/8" BSP suitable for maximum operating pressure at 10 Bar complete all as specified and directed. Make: Anergy or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and Fix in replacement of water flow switch in repair of model HFS -25 Make: Synergy, Honeywell or equivalent complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning in replacement of Compressor-scroll type, 380 to 400V, 3 phase, 50 HZ, Thermally protected, Lubricant mineral oil-160P, Refigerant type R-22/407C of Cap-12.5TR (Nominal Cooling capacity at 50Hz, 41.1 KW) disconnecting from mains complete all as specified and directed. Make - Danfoss (Model No: SM185S4RC)/ Daikin/Copeland/ Emerson/Carrier

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning in replacement of scroll compressor from the AC plant of Cap 23 TR, Installing and testing of company made Scroll Type compressor Model No. SZ380A4CBE Lubricant P.O.E 160 SZ suitable for Refrigerent 407C. Initially charging of Gas 407 disconnecting from mains complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning in replacement of scroll compressor from the AC plant of Cap 5 TR, Installing and testing of company made Scroll Type compressor Model No. CR72KQM or equiv Lubricant P.O.E 160 SZ suitable for Refrigerent R22. Initially charging of Gas R22 disconnecting from mains complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable compressor sealed unit from the split type AC of Cap 8.5 TR and Supply, Installing, commisionning and testing of company made new compressor with 01 year gurantee including cleaning and removing dirt/dust from the cooling coil , condenser coil with necessary modification, cap tube etc. and charging of Gas F-22/R-34 disconnecting from mains complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Bluestar/Voltas/Hitachi/Tecumseh.

All as per Ser Item No 44 here in before but split type AC of capacity 5.5 TR.

Note for Item No.45 to 46: (i) The compressor should be installed by the OEM refrigerant mechanic. (ii) After successful installation, the compressor should be vacuum by the nitrogen at desired pressure and leakage test to be carried out. (iii) The rate of first charge of refrigerant gas in the compressor to be quoted in the rate of compressor by the contractor.

Supply and fix in replacement of old u/s Crank case heater for Scroll Compressor (8.5 TR to 23 TR) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Safety Valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of HRC fuse with holder, 20Amp-40Amps, 415 V Make: L&T, CE or as per sample as approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling/Top up of Compressor oil, non freezing or as recommended by Blue Star/Voltas in AC plant including vaccum testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Oil shall be brought by the contractor at Site from authorised dealer/ manufacturer company in sealed canes of standard packing with test certificate and purchase Vrs. (ii) Re-filling shall be done in the presence of Engr-in-charge.

Supply and charging of Refrigerant Gas R-407C in plant after detections/rectification of any leakages in the system using N2 gas and flushing the complete system thoroughly with nitrogen gas including pressure test complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning of 50 mm dia electronic, self balancing, pressure independent type dynamic balancing valve with integrated modulating control valves in a single body. The actuator shall be capable of accepting upto 10V DC and upto 20mA electric signal and shall provide similar transduced feedback output to control system. Maximum close off pressure shall not be less than 6 Bar for upto 50 mm valves and not be less than 7 Bar for 65 mm & above. Valves should have pressure rating of 25 Bar minimum. Supply and replacement of Micro filters size as per ground for dust filtration of particles up to 5 microns at 99% efficiency having air volume through the filter Approx 3500 cum per hour AHU of Make : Zenith filters or equivalent to AFI/Spectrum/Asian filters complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for repair and servicing of cooling tower of varying capacity 15 TR to 50 TR capacity AC Plant, Dismantling of cooling tower for removing of top cover and replacement of PVC Frills and unserviceable nozzle, replacement of rusted nuts, bolts with washers etc and cleaning bottom tank to remove mud and dust complete all as specified and directed.
