Part A (Main Building)

Dewatering with pumps of adequate HP including Suction Delivery pipe & DG Sets, Diesel, man power etc. so as to dewater the entire site for laying foundation including plugging of inflow water complete job as per the directions of Engineer Incharge.

Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

P/L of dry stone soling duly hand packed including all carriages loading unloading complete job before laying of mud mate in trenches incl. all carriages of material involved & head load.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Supplying and filling in plinth with Nallah boulders of (size 75mm to 150mm) under floors including, watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing including carriage of materials from approved source to site of work complete in all respects.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer- in - charge. Note: - Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ Cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/ recoverable separately. All works upto plinth level

Asumming quantity of cement as 450 kg for M-25 Design Mix, extra cement shall be paid seperatley as per the design requirement to achive the desised garde of concrete.
