Repair of damaged Hatchery and Boundary wall at fish seed farm Kangra Distt Kangra H.P.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains , including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto all depth, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within all lead .including pumping or bailing out water upto all lead and lifts,as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers on slab long beam as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/ facia/ soffits / ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall bemeasured & paid separtely) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper ,water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on over the wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over the wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture over the surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete size of tile 600x600 mm as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing Plastic Pvc solid ball valve 40mm for outlet as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) for existing wall of lake including carriage of material within all leads and lifts per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 20 mm nominal bore as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all lead and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar
