INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS:8931 15mm nominal bore

S&F Female Brass Threaded Adaptor (FTA/ FBTA) for 20 mm dia

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for Cutting existing DI pipe line of 150mm and inserting Tee of size 150 x 150 x 100mm for tapping including Tee and other fitting of joints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay Pipe ductile iron, S/S including specials class ''K-7'' ,100 mm (4'') dia complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge..

M & L for Constructing masonry Chamber 100x100x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100 mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep (inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ), i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply and fix flame proof exhaust fan complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 380 mm and including provision of cable 3 core of size 0.5 sqmm (16/0.2 Mm ) from ceiling rose to fan including writing MES No 2 CM height with synthetic enamel black paint all as specified and as directed.

S&F Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A, 440V, 4P+earth complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and connecting up complete, FLP/WP lighting distribution panel AC 50 Hz, with minimun 250 Amp 4 Pole MCCB 25 KA as incomer and TPN MCB's 8 Nos 40-63 Amp as outgoing, with complete internal bus bar and wiring up to terminals etc concealed in wall to the appropriate size of DB and etc complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-Charge. (for Main DB )

Supply and fixing inbuilt smart sensor based smart LED 36 watt, auto dimmable ceiling mounted serene 2x2 ft, made from CRCA sheet, white powder coated housing, opaque glarefree diffuser for optimim light output, prewired with all accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installed, commissioning and testing of Outdoor type having protection of level IP-65 LT panel board of size not less than 1x1.2x0.45 mtr, outdoor cubical type KIOSK factory made (CPRI approved) double door type on front & back side openable with locking arrangement, main panel board fabricated out of CRCA MS sheet 3.15 mm thick, 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron and Tee section frame, dust and vermin proof, complete with Aluminium bus bar 4 Nos, 315 Amps capacity in horizontal position mounted on porcelain insulators, totally enclosed, chamber for protection 3 phase 440 volt with suitable size of PVC insulated copper cable control wiring duly mounted on PCC (1:2:4) foundation/platform of height 450mm with suitable size of bolts, nuts & washers.The panel includes 30 KVAR, having capacitor in staging of capacity 10KVAR-02 Nos and 05 KVAR-02 Nos in 6 stage for power factor improve including all thyristor switch, MCB,s , MCCB and other accessories connected items. FIRE FIGHTING AND ALARM SYSTEM Supply and fix foot valve conforming to IS 4038 of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install DOL starter suitable for booster pump,30 m head , 450 LPM 3 phase 440 volts 50 HZ etc horizontal type with suitable enclosure/panel for fixing on wall with Nut, bolt, clamp etc. including all necessary connection with relay and etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of mannual call box of MS construction in surface/ recess with stanless steel chain & hammer assembly complete with glass and push button etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of response indicator on surface/ recess MS box having two LED metallic cover complete with all connections etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying of 2x1.5 sqmm fire survival armoured cable 600/1000V rated with annealed copper conductor having glass mica fire barrier tape covered by an extruded layer of cross linkable ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) insulation and LSZH inner bedding steel wire armouring & LSZH outer sheath etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F LAN/WAN outlet modular type complete all as specfied and directed by engineer in charge.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood,trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish outside the periphery of the area cleared. by JCB making good the surface and disposal of rubbish out of DLJ area complete all as directed
