Sloping Roof

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25 mm.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts,buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:11/2:3 (1 cement : 11/2 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing corrugate G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.1.00 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2.

Providing ridges or hips width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or Lhooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete.0.80 mm thick with zinccoating not less than 275 gm/m2.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Kadappa Stone Area

Providing 3mm x 3mm groove by cutting kadappa stone joints without damaging the stone and sealing the groove with epoxy joint filler Nitolite EPW Grout or equivalent complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Water proofing

Providing & Applying polymer modified, flexible cementatious negative sidewaterproofing coating with elastic waterproofing polymers on interior wall plastersurface in three coats @14.35 kg /10 sqm. one coat of self priming of cementatiouswaterproofing polymer(dilution with water in the ratio of 1:1) and two coats of cementatious waterproofing polymer (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) afterscrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove pre-existing paint film &loose particles till plaster is visible, complete in all respect as per the direction ofEngineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sq m. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Suppy and application of two part polysulphide sealant Thioflex600 or eqivalent to the expansion joint after removing the existing sealant, cleaning the expansion joint, applying a priming coat and filling the joints with filler board and backup rod, supply and application of a Hypalon membrane system having a minimum tensile strength of 7 Mpa and elongation of 400%, applying mixed Nitomortar FCFS or equivalent using a serrated spreader and fix expoband or equivalent one roll firmly to displace trapped air and to ensure extrusion of Nitomortar FCFS or eqivalent through the edge perforations, applying a second layer of Nitomortar FCFS or eqivalent to the full width of the top surface of membrane, so that the membrane will be sandwiched between two layers of adhesives complete in all respect as per the direction of engineer in charge.

PVC Drainage

Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/ clips/ at 1.00 m spacing . This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 mm dia 6 Kgf/cm2 - External work- Exposed on wall .
