Demolition brick or stone/ boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors or above and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, old size straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM ( 1:6 ) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Descrtiptin all as per item No. 3 above, but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick/stone/concrete wall surfaces of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, as in boundary wall, wall, drain, manhole, etc finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for prepration of old surface and applying one coat of cement base paint on external wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 including necessary welding, drilling hole complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour broken stone Hard core of gauge not exc 63 mm, deposited, spread, and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old painted steel/ Concrete/ plaster surfaces of any description including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching to drain, holdfast, padding to roof/chhajja, coping, bed block etc. and the like edge slightly rounded or chamfered including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete, sub base or leveling course of floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone agg as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Sand filling under floors or in foundations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick pre polished rubber moulded coloured (Red/ Yellow) machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment including dismantling of existing PCC / tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh incl cover fillet of flat iron / MS Bar, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only Chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 cmm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, concrete of fencing post, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel flat iron/ MS tie bar for securing of chain link fencing conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in post and strut in fencing including fabrication i.e cutting tops drilling holes notching for wire welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independantly, without connecting plates, etc. as in fencing post conforming to Fe 410 W (gde E-250 quality B) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 15cm but not.exc 22.5 cm long,diameter of neck n exc12 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour TMT steel bars 8mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs providing precast cement concrete type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings set in CM 1:6 but excluding frame (Precast frame shall be measured separately and paid for under item of the schedule) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs providing reinforeced precast cement concrete type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed. Note- reinforcement will be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

NOTE:- Amount of credit of Rs. 61000.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No 17 of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted offline while acceptance of tender.
