Notes : (i) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1.5m away from the outer edge of PCC chamber. (ii) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.

M&L Cement concreted (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts/ etc including necessary form work for fair finished surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for retreatement of earthing by removing old earth pit and refilling Charcol & Salt cristals of 50 Kg Each including taking out old expired chemical/Charcol/ Salt and refilling of soil, watering & well ramming and constrction of new earth Chamber with fixing of funnel complete with colour code such as green for body earthing/blue etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the unserviceable & perished panel board doors/ body from the panel board replace with same size made out of CRCA sheet of 3.15 mm thick duly fabricated welded the door hinges and having proper locking arrangement to the existing LT panel doors by means of replacing the door hinges and making doors operatable including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with spray painting match with existing colour complete all as specified and directed. Note :- T&P as required shall be arranged by the contractor such as welding machine etc.

Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of OEM built Outdoor 100kVAr APFC panel in replacement of suitable size, having Circuit Breaker, Capacitor duty Contactor, Super heavy duty Power Capacitors, APFC Relay shall be of same OEM make. APFC Panel shall be OEM make, machine pressed, dust and vermin proof, indoor type, coated with 11 tank power coating process to provide better protection against corrosion. The APFC panel will be fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet steel, free floor standing. APFC panel should have Insulated bus bar pan assembly made from copper of suitably rated capacity. The capacitors shall be encapsulated in an aluminium can. All vital components of APFC panel i.e. capacitors, contactors, APFC relay should be of same OEM make. Advanced Range PF Regulator / micro-processor based APFC relay having 8/12 steps with LCD Display with a built in RS 485 communication port. The capacitor duty contactors shall be used for switching 'on' and switching 'off' operations in capacitor banks. Also, the Capacitor used should be of Super Heavy Duty MPP type with Penta safety, Capacitors used should be ISI mark and having BIS certification. Make – Havells, Schneider, L&T or its equivalent make. Step size of capacitors for 100KVAR would be = 4 (20 kVAr) + 1 (10 kVAr) + 1 (5 kVAr) + 1 (3 kVAr) + 1 (2 kVAr)
