Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2 mm (twenty into ten into two millimetre) and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5 mm (twenty into five millimetre) size, with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6 mm (forty into forty into six millimetre), with 40 mm (forty millimetre) dia steel pulleys, complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Steel/wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero litre per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (at the rate of zero point eight zero litre per ten square metre) of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. In Beams, joists, channels, angles, tees flats with connecting plates or angle cleats in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters purlins connected to common rafters and the like as required including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Antiskid digital Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetre) of Johnson/ Kajaria/ AGT Tiles/ RAK/ Orient Bell or its equivalent (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm (at the rate of three point three kilogram per square metre) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 110 mm X 90 mm (one hundred ten millimetre into ninety millimetre) PVC floor trap of self cleaning design including fixing with approved adhesive, cost of cutting and making good the wall and floors etc. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 100 mm (hundred millimetre) dia chromium plated grating of superior quality for floor, gully or nahani trap including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 110mm (one hunderd ten millimetre) dia. high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 110mm (one hunderd ten millimetre) dia PVC plain bends ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing PVC door bend with oval access door, insertion rubber washer 3 mm (three millimetre) thick bolts and nuts ISI marked complete including fixing with approved adhesive etc. including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
