Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand :ten graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size ) of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All works up to plinth level including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetra and removal of form for foundation footings, bases of columes etcetra for mass concrete complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetra and removal of form for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting,propping etcetra and removal of form for edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls under 20cm (twenty centimetre) wide complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size) upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work upto plinth level, using cement content considered in this item is @ at the rate of 330 kg/cum (three hundred thirty kilogram per cubic metre) as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (seven point five) in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortor 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing second class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows,clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required diametre and length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35 mm (thirty five millimetre) thick second class deodar wood panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm (twenty five millimetre) to 40 mm (forty millimetre) thick Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side, Grade I, Type II IS: 12823 marked including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five millimetre) thick second class deodar wood glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm (four millimetre) thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 35mm (thirty five millimeter) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4mm (one point four millimetre) in both directions with wire of diameter 0.63mm (zero point six three millimeter) for doors, windows and clerestore windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 (ten) as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etcetera complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Making plinth protection 50mm (fifty millimetre) thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement : three coarse sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) over 75mm (seventy five millimetre) thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 40x5 mm (forty into five millimetre) flat iron hold fast 40 cm (forty centimetre) long including fixing to frame with 10 mm (ten millimetre) diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm (thirty into ten into fifteen centimetre) 1:3:6 mix (one cement : three coarse sand :six graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40 mm (forty millimetre) wide and 4 mm (four millimetre) thick glass strips in joints of terrazo/cement concrete floors complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20 mm (twenty millimetre) cement plaster of mix 1:6 (one cement: six course sand) complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etcetera as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S.tube hand rail of approved size by welding etecetera to steel ladder railing, balcony railing,staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two or more coats on steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint for interiors and exteriors of required shade of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Constructing course rubble hammer dressed U-Shape open surface drain with side wall . 15x22cm (fifteen into twenty two centimetre) in CM 1:6 (one cement : six sand) and inside plastring with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) including earthwork and laying 10cm (ten centimetre) C.C. in 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand: ten graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and 7.5cm (seven point five centimetre)C.C. 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand: four graded stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimetre nominal size) and finishing with a floating coat of neat cement complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
