Repair/Replacement to the centrifugal pump (Kirloskar) coupled with 90 Hp Motor of type DSM 125/40 pump no. 18006 , DSM 125/40 pump no. 18306 and control pannel of lift irrigation scheme Hardass Gund

a. Repairing /Overhauling to the centrifugal multi stage pump of type DSM 125/40 pump no. 18006 , DSM 125/40 pump no. 18306 of lift irrigation scheme hardass Gund by way of dismantling from foundation and extraction of damaged pump component likes bearings, bearing housing, adjustable washer, liquid deflector, distance sleeve, gland,o ring, shaft sleeve, delivery casing, tie bars,diffuser from the delivery casing along with "o" ring, removing impellers and keys, removing gland packing from the stuffing box and take out the entire shaft out of suction casing along with shaft sleeve, distance sleeve, deflector. gland and inner race of roller bearing etc. the job also includes remove the pump from the base plate and dismantling of suction pipe, delivery pipes and carriage upto link road on head load to and fro. cleaning and checking all parts thoroughly for wear tear and damage. Impellers, diffusers, casing ,wear rings and inter stage bushes need to be replaced because it was drop in head and capacity of the pump is decreased substantialy. b. complete fabrication,assembling and testing of all the components of pumps and fittings on the pump foundation and fitting of suction pipe,delivery pipe, electric connection and suuply and testing on full load for checking pump bearing temperature, discharge checking, pump alignment checking etc. the job also includes shifting of pump from main road to pump house on head load. also transportation charge from hardass to workshop and back to hardass.

Rewinding to 40Hp 3 phase motor by way of using std copper wire of required gauge ,insulation,warnishing,Sleeve,Crample paper etc to make moter again in working condition.the job also includes replacement of damaged bearing of motors as per sr no. DE 6212 C3 (2 no,s).
