Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc for height upto 21 metres from average ground level and removal of entire debris to a distance exceedig 250 m but not exceeding 500 m, as ordered complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), for height upto 21 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (above or below ground level) and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule (reinforcement cut as required to faciliate demolition), for height upto 7.50 metres from average ground level, including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel work as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) for height upto 15 metres from average ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for expanded metal weight not exceeding 4 Kgs per Sqm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete to receive plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors and pavings, etc finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces, stone masonry surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work of walls for height upto 21 metre from average ground level mixed with WPC @ minimum 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid for separately as 'Supply only'.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions, for height upto 15 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of shade as approved by Engineer-in-Charge (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm as per manufacturer's instructions, for height exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 30 metres from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer for height upto 15 metres from average ground level complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer for height exceeding 15 metres but not exceeding 30 metres from average ground level complete all as specified & as directed.

Cutting/ Chipping/ Dismantling of spall / loose damaged concrete of distressed member in a controlled manner carefully by low impact high frequency hammer or by manual chipping without damaging the existing concrete upto good parent concrete to expose the existing reinforcement (direct hammering should be avoided) average thickness of 50-75 mm including cleaning the exposed surfaces by water jet pressure pump at 4 to 5 kg/ Sqcm pressure to remove chlorides and loose particles, air drying the surface etc for further treatment with & including all necessary tools, safety measures like helmet, safety belt, adequate labour insurance, scaffolding, etc. for height upto 21 metre from average ground level under the supervision of qualified supervisor (the damaged ceiling/ concrete shall only be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying concrete penetrating, migratory bipolar corrosion inhibitor EPCO KP-100 Krishna Conchem (or equivalent of Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian) conforming to ASTMG-109 by brush/spray with dosage of 4 sqm/litre over the entire chipped off/ exposed concrete area in order to arrest further corrosion of reinforcement bars. The application of EPCO KP-100 shall reduce the corrosion in terms of coulombs by 30% minimum upto migration through the embedded side of concrete as measured by mA all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and all as per manufacturer’s instructions, for height upto 21 metre from average ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector, drilling holes of 12mm dia, upto 100mm deep holes in structural members at the interval of 500mm c/c for slab, 300mm c/c for column and beam in staggered manner or along the crack as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge in RCC structural element including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 8-10mm dia Teflon nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing and allow to cure the system minimum 8 hours before grouting including removing nozzle projections, excess putty if any over concrete element grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc, for height upto 21 metre from average ground level, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for grouting of RCC structure with low viscous two parts of epoxy (mixed in ratio as specified by manufacturer) by using pressure pump and pressure grouting with compressor at about 1 kg to RCC beams/ chajjas/ slab/ columns as per manufacturer’s instructions and direction and cutting the Teflon nozzles after grouting and making surface good for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make of low viscous epoxy shall be of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian

M&L for application of high build polymer modified cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 6 ltrs SBR latex per bag of cement over face of concrete of column/ beams/ tanks 20 to 30mm thick in two layers surfaces applied as per manufacturer’s instructions {Compressive strength after 28 days ≥ 40 N/sqmm (According to ASTM C109)} for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- SBR latex chemical shall be measured and paid for separately as ‘Supply only’.

Supply only SBR latex chemical of Make Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Fosroc / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for applying Nitobond EP (2.5 Kg pack and coverage area 5.5 Sqm/ 4.5 Kg pack and coverage area 10 Sqm) epoxy bonding agent over the old concrete surfaces including the cost all materials, rent of tools, scaffolding, cost of paint, brush etc. for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc or equivalent of Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for providing encasement to columns/ beams/ pardi etc. with free flow high strength non shrink micro concrete using single component cement micro concrete shrinkage components and added with 100% by weight saturated dry stone aggregate, water cement ratio shall be maintained properly as per manufacturer’s specifications to achieve dense solid mass and having minimum compressive strength 50 N/sqmm after 28 days as per ASTM C109, prepared micro concrete shall be poured properly average thickness of 50-75 mm as per in prefixed holding boards slurry tight form work properly aligned to required size and shape and well oiled air bubbles, if any shall be removed by tapping the boards, removing the boards after 24 hours and curing the micro concrete thoroughly, cost inclusive of shuttering, curing etc. for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Excluding reinforcement and preparation of damaged surface). Make: Fosroc / Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for applying over the newly deshuttered/ laid concrete surface a coat of curing compound water based acrylic emulsion as per manufacturer’s specifications, etc for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc / Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

M&L for drilling holes by rotary hammer drill, dust removing, batching, mixing of resin and hardener Hilti HY 200 (or equivalent of Fosroc / Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE), inserting & anchoring rebars of 8 mm dia rebar in 12 mm dia holes and 110 mm deep using HY 200 (or equivalent of Fosroc / Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE) in existing concrete surfaces using resin based anchoring grout and necessary rebaring of reinforcement steel for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Steel rebars shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for applying protective coating to inside surfaces of water tanks with food grade epoxy stearate coating. Application of food grade epoxy stearate coating confirming to CFTRI & Haffkins certifications or equivalent in two coats etc for height upto 21 metre from average ground level complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Fosroc / Krishna Conchem / Dr. Fixit / SIKA / Pidilite / BASF / Sunanda / Asian as approved by GE.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply, laying/ fixing, jointing, commissioning and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron (DI) Spun pressure pipes (Class K9) of 150 mm bore (ISI marked) conforming to IS : 8329-2000 with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with screwed flanged ends with & including jointing material 3mm thick rubber or fibre board gasket, nuts, bolts of M20x80 size (or as directed), washers, fixed upto 21 metre height of OHT from average ground level in any length as in water rising main supply line including dismantling & taking down existing 150mm bore CI/ DI pipes with all fittings complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Fittings / specials shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Taking up or down old rusted/ worn out GI tubing & connections of 50 mm bore fixed in any position and S&F new 50 mm bore galvanized steel water tubing medium grade (ISI Marked) with & including all necessary fittings (ISI Marked) such as bend, tee, elbow, etc laid in trenches/ floors or fixed on wall and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

All as per serial item No. 38 here in above but 80 mm bore.

S&F 50 mm bore Gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable gate valve of 50 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 150 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 150 mm bore, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing Ductile Iron fittings, specials (K-12) such as bends, tapers, collars, reducers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type, angle/radius and straight connecting pieces etc (ISI marked) conforming to IS-9523 for flanged/socket and spigot ends suitable for DI pipe upto 150 mm bore, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS fittings suitable for pipes upto 150mm bore such as bends, tappers, etc any type and angle and straight connected pieces any type joint all flange ends including necessary cutting, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including necessary jointing materials such as nut, bolts, washers, packings and welding including testing for leakage etc to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge with & including painting external surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chromate primer including dismantling & taking out existing fittings of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 4 core 1.5 sqmm armoured cable with multistranded copper conductor complete, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 6 core 1.5 sqmm armoured cable with multistranded copper conductor complete, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying/fixing 50 mm bore high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 with all fittings, laid in trenches, under floors or roads/ along poles etc for protection of electric cables complete all as directed.

M&L for construction of Valve pit chamber of size 1200x1200x1200mm internal dimension including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation, brick work with old size fly ash bricks in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally and externally flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds, 75 mm thick PCC coping all round in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), flooring shall be 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate laid over 75 mm thick hard core. Top cover shall be made out of MS sheet 3.00 mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle iron size 40x40x6 mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed including dismantling of old existing unserviceable vale pit chamber. Note : Any minor modification where required at site shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The decision of GE shall be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor.
