Providing services for daily manning and operation of plant and machinery of MH pump house No. 02 for 11 months concurrently in two shifts per day by deploying 01operator (skilled) in each shift as mentioned below, including Sundays and holidays from the date of commencement of work/handing taking over of installation between contractor and department, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Centrifugal Pump Set-02 Nos, Chlorine Plant, DG Set, Valves and other accessories Installed at pump house. (ii) Total Nos of units : 01 intallation x 334 days x 02 Shifts = 668 Shifts (iii)Shift 01- 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (iv) Shift 02-1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Providing services for daily manning and operation of plant and machinery of of swimming pool at 12 Garhwal of size 25x9.5 M for in two shifts per day during summer season by deploying 01 operator (skilled) in each shift as mentioned below, including Sundays and holidays from the date of commencement of work/handing taking over of installation between contractor and department, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (i) Pressure water filter capacity 135 Cum/Hr with all fittings and valves, Centrifugal pumping sets of capacity 17.5LPS - 3 Nos, Chloronome plants 12 LPH. (ii) Total Nos of units : 01 intallation x 240 days x 02 Shifts = 480 Shifts (iii) The plant shall be handed over after onset of summer season as decided by Engineer-in-charge. (iv)Shift 01- 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (v) Shift 02-1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Providing services for daily manning and operation to attend External water supply day to day complaints received at following complaints cells including Sunday/ Holidays" (a) Patia Complaint Cell - 01 No pipe fitter (Skilled) (ii) Total Nos of units : 01 intallation x 334 days x 01 Shifts = 334 Shifts Note : The pipe fitter will be provided with necessary tools (i.e. pipe wrench, die set upto 50mm dia, cutting tools, digging tools etc) and equipments for attending and rectifying day to day complaints received from MES complaint cell all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes for item 01 to 03:- (i) The rate quoted for items of outsourcing shall include minimum wages as notified by Government of India/ concerned State Government /Local Body, whichever is higher and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF, contribution to ESIC, contribution of Bonus and LWC under respective headings/ sub itmes.

(ii) The prevailing rate/wage/contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date.

Notes (Contd). (a) The pump houses shall be operated round the clock for three shifts in a day including holidays & Sundays with one operators (skilled) in each shift. (b) The swimming pool shall be operated for two shifts in a day including holidays & Sundays with one operators (skilled) in each shift during summer season as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) The operators employed shall be ITI qualified with minimum of 05 years working experience on similar type of installations.

(d) In case of absence of an operator during a shift, payment of that shift shall not be made. (e) In addition to deduction of payment as above a panelty of Rs. 1500/- per shift shall be levied for absent period. (f) The rates quoted by the contractor shall include employment of a reliever as per labour law and nothing extra shall be paid on this account . (g) Contractor will be responsible for timely collection of chemicals, POL, Engine Oil from MES Store Yard as and when required. (h) The rate also include regular greasing and oiling of pump sets, motors gland packing for pump sets. However, other repairs/maint store required shall be measured and paid separately. The contractor shall be responsible for the complete security of the plant including necessary watch and ward, maintenance of garden lawn etc.

M&L for Pumping out water, removing the sediments and mud, algae from the swimming pool of size 25 x 9.5 Mtr with 4.5 mtr deep diving tank and balancing tank (fresh water inflow tank), bleaching tank, areation fountain etc by using diesel driven pumpset to clean the walls, floors/ ducts/ channel and aerator complete including surface of glazed tiles painted and cemented surfaces by using scrappers, brushes, and other mechanical equipments, washing the surfaces with clean water and applying Hydrochloric acid and other detergents and drying in open all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. . Note: The tenderers are adviced to visit the site to know the exact condition of the swimming pool before quoting the rate.Cleaning of swimming Pool and Balancing Tank, removing of sand in bottom and descaling/scrapping of wall and washing with Maic solution 101 and drying as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement, high density synthetic float ball of size 6” (150mm) with double hook for suction sweeper, all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and cleaning of swimming pool 1,55,000 Gallon, including brushing and cleaning the following areas of swimming pool using nylon brushes with rod, one day before suction sweeping, all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, Nylon brush of size 700x100 mm, all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, Nylon rope, 12mm dia for the suction sweeper, all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement, flexible hose, ribbed type, high density, 50mm size, all as specified and directed. Make:- Dinoflex or equivalent.

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanized mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 mm x 600 mmx 6 mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to be packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using using galvanised iron strip 25x4mm as earth lead moulded and rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead protected in and including 15 mm dia GI ‘medium grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘medium grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate, GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-II 2010 and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) If the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI wire 4 sqmm and 15 mm dia pipe medium grade upto 7.5 mtr is included in the rate quoted for this item

M&L for cleaning of pump house area by means removing of debris, cutting of grass, bushes, plant growth and disposed off up to a distance not more than 50mtr from the starting point all as directed at site at various pump houses under Zone ‘B’ area.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft soil.

M&L for cement concrete 75mm thick type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in sub base to floors finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for flooring finished even & fair with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) for flooring finished fair and even with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 60mm thick precast concrete rubber moulded coloured machine pressed interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of, M-35 Grade

Supply only Calcium Hypo Chloride having 65%-70% Chlorine Content (Calcium based granular disinfectant) for general water treatment, in factory sealed container/drum (45 kg packing), complete all as specified and directed as per following specifications:- Make:- Shree Royal seema/Declibac Tech (a) Chemical analysis & physical observations : Description : Whitish granules, Granular size (Mesh passing through - 100 BSS): 1.1(+ 0.1)%, Water/moisture : < 5.00%Mercury & other heavy metal contaminants : BDL.

(b) Strength in terms of quantity of chlorination chemical required to obtain free chlorine of 1 ppm per lakh liters of water: Requirement must be 140-200 gm per one lakh liter of water to achieve 1 ppm Average at injection point (site & raw water quality variations may apply additionally).

Supply of stable bleaching powder Grade – I conforming to IS-1065/1989 (IInd Revision) as amended upto date having available chlorine contents minimum 34% by mass and packed in 25 Kg polythene bag having double fold complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per following specifications:- Bleaching powder (Calcium Hypo Chloride), Chlorine formula : Ca (OCl)2 Molecular weight : 142.96, Physical Appearance : white fine powder, Chlorine content :- 30 % ± 1%, Moisture : 0.5 % Max On heating at 10 ± 2°C it dose not lose more than 1/15 of available chlorine Passing through 1.7mm sieve : 99%

Supply of Alum Ferric Sulphate (Grade-4) (best quality as per sample) for purification of water (containing lead (as PB) 30 ppm max and arsenic 6ppm max) confirming to IS-299/2012 (Revised) as amended up-to-date complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- The Alumino Ferric Sulphate shall be supplied in superior quality Bricks (Slabs) as per IS specifications. Manufacturers Name/Trade Mark shall be engraved on each brick (slab) in addition to marking of relevant Clause of IS specification).

Taking up or down cast iron pipe of tyton joint type from trenches including dismentling tyton joints type & removing for disposal for the pipes of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down cast iron pipe of tyton joint type from trenches including dismentling tyton joints type & removing for disposal for the pipes of 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/taking out defective Gun metal gate valve and S&F for Gun metal gate valve 20 mm bore ISI marked with iron wheel head by screwing/cutting of existing pipe lines for the following size complete all as specifed and directed. Make :Prayag/ SANT/LEADER

M&L for excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 Meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 Meter deep in any type of soil including cutting in slopes etc for laying of pipe line including getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers in soft / loose soil not exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removal of excavated material (Soil) to a distance up to 50 Meter from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 Meter above as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 20mm dia PTMT ball valve high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete all as specified and directed. Make : Prayag/Polytuf
