SH:1 Car Parking Lighting Pole and Fixture.

Supply of 45 W/54W LED road lighting lumanarie consisting of single piece, integral, grey powder coated high pressure die-cast alminium housing, conecting strip, including power driver should having surge protection upto 8KV complete as required suitable for operation on 230 V, 50 Hz AC supply. (Bajaj ENXT P 54L WH CR PC SD (OR) EQUIVALENT as per list of Approved make).(05 years guarantee shall be provided for complete fitting including controller by manufacturer in favour of AAI)

Supply of hot dip galvanized octagonal poles with 130 mm Bottom dia , 70 mm top dia , 3 mm thick , base plate of size 200x200x 12 mm,having openable mechanism with L key set,with Double arm standared bracket not less than 500mm length Each and made of 40 mm dia pipe having suitable nipple of size 32mm dia GI pipe to hold the fittings with tilt angle not more than 20 degree including in built arrangement for incoming cable termination with 63A 4P connector and 6A (B curve) SP MCB etc. complete as required as per EIC for the following Heights. a) 6 Mtr

Installation of the following GI street light poles with 04 nos foundation bolts of M20X600mm long J type EN 8 grade with 1:2:4 Cement concrete(0.55x 0.55x 1.05) to the required depth as per special conditions(1:cement :2coarse sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and necessary base concrete of 1:5:10 for 100mm thickness below the pole (1cement :5 fine sand : 10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) suitable finishing on surface above the ground level etc complete as required. a) 6 Mtr

Supplying and embedding following dia (ISI Marked) HDPE pipe in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required a)63 mm dia

Installation ,testing and commissioning of 45 W/54W LED fitting on existing street light pole with 2 x 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor round cable from cable looping box to fitting Complete as required as per EIC. A) ITC of 45 W LED fittings

SH : 2 Supply and LAYING of Cable and End TERMINATION

Supply of XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) 1978 with upto date amendments etc as required for the following sizes.(Make : As per approved list.) a) 4 x 6 sqmm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 4 x 6 sqmm

Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground ( 75 cm below ground level including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. (a)63 mm dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/Metal/HDPE pipe as required. (a)Upto 35 sq. mm.

SH : 3 EARTHING

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having licking arrangment and watering pipe etc. (with charcoal/coke and salt) as required.

Providing and laying earth conncection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required

SH:4 Wiring of Toilet Block

Supply,Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting/compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube etc. directly on ceiling/war, including connection with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in existing surface / recessed PVC conduit, with piano type switch, phenolic laminated sheet, suitable size MS box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required. (a)Group B

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in existing surface/ recessed PVC conduit as required (a)2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 2.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supply & Installation of exhaust fan in the existing opening, including making good the damage, connection, testing, commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator) (a)8 way(2+6), Double Door

Supplying and fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, 10kA,"C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commisioning etc. as required.
