REPAIR / MAINT / SERVICING OF DG SETS, AMF CONTROL PANEL, AVR, RADIATOR , ELECTRONIC NOZZLES, RELAY CHANGE OVER SWITCHES, EARTHINGS AND MISC ALLIED E/M WORKS AT VARIOUS ZONES OF AGE (I) CHAKRATA UNDER HQ CWE DEHRADUN

Repair / Maintenance / Servicing of Diesel engine Generating sets 125 KVA Rating to be carried out as per schedule given as under. B - check :- (Every 100 Hrs or 6 months whichever is earlier) (i) Change lubricating oil (ii) change lubricating oil filters (iii) change fuel filters(iv) Change coolant (v) check Engine wiring for damage (vi) Drain fuel supply tank (vii) Change by pass lubricant filters (viii) Change air filters (ix) Check oil pressure (x) Change fuel water seperator. Note :(i) B-check and spare parts will be measured and paid separately.

All as per above item No - 1 but DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA

All as per above item No - 1 but DG set of capacity 11.2 to 40 KVA

All as per above item No - 1 but DG set of capacity upto 05 KVA

Scope of work for item No. 1 to 4 shall be as under :- (a) Draining out unserviceable engine oil from engine, refill with new oil. (b) Cleaning all sludge/deposits in the oil sump and removal of dust deposited on DG set and its surroundings. (c) Replacing the primary, secondary and bye-pass fuel filters (d) Replacing oil filters (e) Cleaning of air filters (f) Replace unserviceable hose pipe as required at site (g) Replace unserviceable PVC fuel indication tube (h) Supply and replacing unserviceable battery terminals and chrochodoile clamp as required at site (j) Supply and replacing unserviceable "D" clamp, nut bolt, washers, etc. (k) Checking of fan belt all nut bolt, etc (l) Top up the engine oil and radiator coolent. (m) Tools for the repairs and safety of the mechanic/engineer shall be at contractor's risk. (n) Top up the distilled water in the battery if required. (o) Cleaning the radiator by using water blower/vacuume cleaner Note :- (i) Distilled water, Engine oil and radiater coolent if any will be measured and paid separately. (ii) All spares and parts used other than mentioned above shall be measured and paid separately and all spares shall be recommended by manufacturer of the respective DG set and shall be purchased from authorised dealer of OEM. (iii) Servicing should be carried out through authorised dealer of OEM ie, manufacturer of the respective DG Set (Kirloskar/Catter Piller/Cummins/Ashok Leyland/Powerica) and Servicing job Card of manufacturer should be duly signed by user. (iv) A certificate of guaratee showing any repalaced of servicing related parts for the period of servicing and GST oriented paid voucher from the OEM should be affix with RAR/Final Bill.
