PROVIDING CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SURVEY OF AREA AND PREPARE THE TECHNO COMMERCIAL SOLUTION TO HANDLE THE SEWAGE SYSTEM OF AIR FORCE STN PUNE

Providing consultancy services for detailed topographiical survey, analysis and design of sewerage system of the area NP Area, Viman Nagar, Chandan Nagar and Officer Married Quarters (OMQ) Area & all Maried Accomodation Project (MAP) Quarters (approx 1500 Acres) of AF Station Lohogaon, Pune including preparation of drawing and estimate in following manner:-

(a) Preparation of drawing for proposed Sewage network including levels and Hydraulic design calculations.

(b) Calculation of sewage load at different pockets OMQs, NP Area, Viman Nagar, Chandan Nagar and all MAP Qtrs.

(c) To identifiy which area sewage load can be reached the STP by gravity.

(d) To identifiy the number of sewage pump house with sewage load for pumping the sewage to STP if required due to ground level differences.

(e) To verify compatibility of sewage load to existing STP and propose new Plant if required.

(f) Preparation of Architectural, structural and hydraulic design, drawing of pumping station and sump.

(g) Preparation of electromechanic design of pumping station.

(h) Preparation of DPR, detailed estimate based on MES SSR/Market Rate, Bills Of Quantities (BOQ).

Note:- Consultant shall submit the following:- (i) 04 copies of Detailed Project Report including complete layout drawing of the sewerage line and manholes along with design calculations and recommendations, all as per "Central Public Health and environmental engineering manual and relevant Indian standards duly binded and vetted by IIT/Govt. Engineering College along with SOFT COPY. (ii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes including GST. (iii)The scope of work includes designing the sewage system by calculating discharge, dia. of pipe, gradient with respect to ground level.
