Dismantling of old VCB 11 KV, 400 Amp -02 Nos by disconnecting incoming / outgoing cable & including control cableing & removing from site to (E/M) store and complete all as directed.

Design, engineering, manufacturing ,testing of work and supply of 11 KV 630 Amp 21 KA, 03 way (02 incoming & 01 outgoing) indoor type mannual operated non extensible ring main unit having following feature All live parts busbar, VCB will be enclosed in a TlG / Robotically welded stainless steel tank of specified thinkness as manufacturer recommendation.

The unit shall include the following with all necessary standard fitting required at site :-

11 KV, 630 Amp, 21 KA / 1 sec indoor type non extensible ,SF6 gas insulated ring main unit with sealed pressure system & accordance with the latest IEC. The complete switch gear shall be tested for internal Arc of 21 KA AFLR for 1 sec for both cable box & tank.

lighting impulse with stand voltage - Min 75 kvp

operation of LBS and vaccum circuit breaker should be mannual. Cable bushing rating - 630 amp

SF6 insulated 400 amp ,21 KA / 1sec tee off circuit breaker the VCB should be able to clear at least 40 nos dead short circuit operations.

circuit breaker feeder shall be self powerd and shall be provided with OC+EF protection for transformer and shall have serial port for communication.

RMU cable box shall be front accessible type to have easy access to protection vaccum interupter should be of same make , cable box should be arc proof with bolted door & interlocked with respective earthing switches. Door should be removable for the ease access to terminate cable.

Note - (i) RMV shall be inspected at manufacturer's work site by the rep of Accepting officer before the final procurement . Routine test as given in relevent IS shall be carried out in presence of rep of accepting officer at manufacturer's site.

Supply & fix cable joining kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessaries for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sq mm all as specified.

Note :- (i) Rates for removal of old joint from existing HT cable & preparing for new one are inclusive in quoted rate .
