Supplying & Fixing 25 mm diameter PVC heavy duty pipe for drainage in the existing split type AC unit with supporting clamps etc . complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of Extra copper refrigerant piping of 5/8”, 3/8”, 1/4” i/c nitrile rubber insulation wrapping etc. complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing of 3 core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed bright annealed copper conductor cable for communication between indoor unit/outdoor unit/controllers inside building in existing steel/PVC Conduit/ surface/ existing channel, i/c making connection etc as reqd.

Replacement of following capacity compressor in the existing WTAC/Split AC with new one and making copper pipe connection, brazing pressure testing and supplying and charging refrigerant gas i/c cutting the copper piping dismantling of the old compressor complete as Reqd.

a) 1.5 TR capacity

Replacement of upto 1 TR capacity compressor in the existing water cooler with new one and making copper pipe connection, brazing pressure testing and supplying and charging refrigerant gas i/c cutting the copper piping dismantling of the old compressor complete as Reqd.

Supplying and replacement of wornout/defective copper condensor coil with new one in same size of design suitable for following capacity split type AC out door unit i/c breezing the all copper pipe with all distribution joints of make sure the connection with capiliary tube linking dryer duly proper etc pressure testing leak detection, vaccumizing the unit, gas charging etc complete as reqd.

a) 1.5/2.0TR capacity

Replacement of non repairable inverter PCB in existing indoor/outdoor unit of STAC and WTAC complete etc as reqd.

Dismantling, shifting and reinstallating of existing 1.5TR/ 2.0TR capacity STAC (indoor and outdoor unit) including repairing the damaged caused due to dismantling within same office etc as required.

Providing & replacement WTAC/STAC fan motor Capacity 1/4 to 1/8 hp including dismantling the burnt motor from the existing unit & fixing of new motor,making connections testing, commissioning etc.as reqd.

Supplying and replacement of following defective spare parts in the existing AC unit with new one i/c connection testing etc. complete as required.

a) Running capacitor - 36 Mfd/45 Mfd

b) Starting capacitor- 80/100 Mfd

Supply and fixing of 15/16Amp 3pin top plug including connection complete as reqd.

Supplying and fixing stand for the outdoor unit of the STAC made of MS duly powder coated complete etc as required.
