Excavation in foundation trenches (For pipes & pits upto all depths) in all classification of earth work such as pick work jumper work saturated soil including balling out water blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming dressing of sides leveling of bed to correct grade including shoring strutting planking timbering and dewatering where ever required stacking the useable/serviceable material/soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil useable materials as directed within all leads/lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic night signal fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads/lifts as per direction of the Engineer in charge i) Pick, Jumper work

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1cement:3sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1Cement :2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing completre excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like

Flat surface such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of binding wire upto floor two level in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing PVC rungs with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.

Providing and fixing cast SFRC manhole cover confirming to IS: 12595 (Part-II)-1991 with up to date amendments of size 560mm internal dia ( Heavy Duty) with in all leads and lifts, complete in all respect.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks masonary in super structure above plinth in cement mortor 1:4(1cement :4sand) complete in all respect in all leads and lifts (i) 2nd class bricks

20mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two levels including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand) in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing C.I. manhole cover with frame ( Light duty) single seat pattern 500mm internal diameter, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg ( The weight cover is 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg)

Laying, jointing and testing of GMS tube in trenches of following dia meter including providing and fixing tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. including carraige of GI pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts.

Providing , laying,jointing ( by way of circumfrential butt welded joints in three layers by electrical arc welding ) and testing of API pipe of following dia meters confirming to ISO 3183-2012, (latest with upto date amendments) having wall thickness and grade as specified below with bevelled ends and capable of withstanding required test pressure in a random length of 5 to 7 meters, including manufacturing reducers/ tapers , all short pieces, beds etc. as per site requirement made from parent tubes . The laying of pipe shall include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. The fabricated bends shall have three or four cuts having its radius not less than five times the dia of pipe. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per IS:4736-1986 (with upto date ammendments). The welding electrodes shall be as per IS 814:2004 of Advani Oerlikon/ L&T or ISI marked make. Tollerence should be as per IS code. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts. (Earth work in trenches shall be measured and paid for separately). The design /drawing so approved by the competant authority after finalisation of design and drawing ,any variation in size of pipe , material ,pipe class ,wall thickness, jointing , valves,specials etc.-300 mm dia -MSERW -Pipe 4.40 mm thickness,L-210 or A Grade

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valve( with hand wheel ) as per IS: 780 class up to 300mm dia including brass spindle and as per IS:2906 class-II, diameter more than 300mm complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.,( The tail piece if required shall be measured and paid for separately) with in all leads and lifts.
