Day to day operation and Maintenance of complete Fire detection Alarm system and Fire Fighting System installed for the New Terminal Building in all days including Sunday / holidays etc complete as required as per the maintenance schedule attached by deploying minimum manpower as mentioned under particular specification. The scope of work comprises day to day maintenance and operation of the system and to keep the system in good working condition at all times as mentioned in particular specifications.

Supplying and carrying out of following B-check for the fire hydrant Engine set of capacity 63KW/72 HP, including replacement of spares i.e. 1) Oil filter 2) Fuel filter (Primary & Secondary) 3) Engine oil (15W/40 grade) 4) Coolant filter 5) Coolant

SUB HEAD - II : Rectification of fire alarm system

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of "C" Class heavy duty GI pipe confirming to IS 1239 for hydrant and sprinkler applications including fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers nuts-bolts, gaskets etc. fixing the pipe on the wall / ceiling with suitable clamps and including painting of two coats of Red Oxide, painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of Post Office Red shade complete as required. The installation includes all civil openings, breakages and making good the same.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 200mm Butterfly valve Brand- Sant Make Aquseal Butterfly Valve PN-16, C.I. Body wafer design, Black Nitrile seat, S.G. Iron Nylon coated Disc. Std MFG SHAFT, LEVER OPERATED CAT NO.IBF 2JS/2IWNGSL.

SITC of Rubber gasket (Rubber Profile) 3mm insertion gasket (Bidding) etc. complete as required.

SITC of 4mm clear glass (8" x 12") for Hose box etc. complete as required.

Extraction of database from existing EST-3, 8 loop control panel by using authorized software (Dongle) and making fresh system defination utility program, downloading in the panel, modules, CPU, SDDC etc. as required & as per directions of E-I-C. (Job carried out as and when requirement basis)

Supply of Intelligent Addressable Microprocessor with based smoke detector of Edward Make (Model No. SIGA-PS)

Streamlining the entire system by removing troubles alarts by using authorized software (Dongle) etc as required & as per directions of E-I-C. (Job carried out as and when requirement basis)
