MAIN PUMPING STATION (MPS) Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of 2.5 MLD capacity MPS with peak factor 3 including screening chamber, wet well sump, suitable size of 2 mechanical coarse screens (1 W + 1 SB), Suitable size 3 Nos. CI Gear operated sluice gate with SS spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) 2 Nos for screens and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank. Providing and installing 1 No. 1800 LPM, 20 mtr. Head, 1 no. 3600 LPM 20 m head, 1 no. 5400 LPM 20 m head, non clog sewage pumping sets, MCC panel, entire cable network, all other electrical , Mechanical, Piping & Instrumentation work including O & M for 12 months during defect liability period after trail run 3 month and 5 years thereafter

SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT Design, construction, erection, testing & commissioning of 2.50 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect, mechanical fine screen. Landscaping, disposal of treated effluent through open channel into nearby drain, MCC Panel Room & all other contingent Electrical, Mechanical, Piping & Instrumentation work, online monitoring system for effluent quality etc. With PLC & SCADA Arrangement for STP integrated with MPS including furniture & laboratory equipments as per detail given in the bid document and following components including O & M for 12 months during defect liability period after trail run 3 month and 5 years thereafter i) 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 4 No. LED energy efficient lamps on each pole. (ii) Supply and installation of 1 no. SS main Gate of SS-304 Grade 3.65m. wide main gate and 1.20m. wide wicket gate (total weight not less than 500 kg) at STP site. (iii) Supply and installation 2 Nos. fine Screens of suitable size as per design for 2.50 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3 (iv) Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges (1Working + 1 Stand bye) including centrifuge feed pump, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect including packing dry sludge in 20 Kg. bag and supplying the same to market Kisan Sewa Kendra or as directed by Engineer-in-charge within the lead as pointed at clause 4.4.4 of the NIT, including O & M for 12 months during defect liability period after trail run 3 month and 5 years thereafter

Design, Supply & Erection of 1No. copper wound Transformer of 160 KVA on load tap changer or suitable capacity on higher side (at STP) of standard make outdoor type, VCB Panel, G.O. Switch, H.T. Metering Panels, APFC Panels along with for each Transformer, 11KV Substation, entire cable network from G.O. Switch to H.T. Metering equipment and from H.T. Metering to Transformer Main to L.T. Panel, Earthing, safety equipment and any other contingent thereto complete in all respect as per DNIT and getting it passed from Chief Electrical Officer including operation & Maintenance of 5 Years.

Design, Supply & Erection of 1 No. DG Set of 160 KVA suitable capacity on higher side (at STP) capacity with Acoustic Canopy, AMF Panel and Copper Earthing of suitable rate with change over switch & synchronizing panel complete as per DNIT including operation & Maintenance of 5 Years.

Providing and Installing 5 CCTV Cameras at STP complete as per satisfactions of the Engineer –in- Charge, within 96 hours of signing the Agreement along with 90 days recording (DVR) , 32 inch LED screen , 16 Chanel DVR with connectors , cables , poles & power supply with online real time output facility . Cameras: i) 3 Nos PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom ii) 2 cameras each 12mm lens size, Make: - Sony/ Canon/Panasonic/ Samsung & CP Plus CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting execution of work & including O & M for 12 months during defect liability period after trail run 3 month and 5 years thereafter

Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Centrifuge house, blower room and Lab cum office building including doors, windows & fittings with toilet block including all Sanitary fittings etc. as per drawings attached in DNIT at MPS & STP site covered area with RCC framed structure of brick work vitrified glazed tiles flooring, powder coated aluminum frame of size 100mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for chowkhat, 75mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for door frame, 45mm x 45mm of 10 gauge for window frame with 5mm thick glass AIS/Saint Gobain/ Modi Float Covered Area (200 sqm) including O & M for 12 months during defect liability period after trail run 3 month and 5 years thereafter
