Design, Manufacture, Transportation, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) at 33 kV RMU/11 kV RMU (to control 33 kV and 11 kV switch gears) and is to be controlled from HMI located at 110 kV feeding substations as per the general specifications including necessary items for Analog inputs, Status input, outputs from IEDs (61850 protocol), Control output, Accumulator input, GPS and any other external alarm and/or event inputs, network switches, control, PC, HMI and FO cable for interconnection. The optical fiber communication channel from 33 kV substation to the 110 kV feeding station will be provided by KSEBL. The necessary ethernet to FO convertor (single mode suitable for the distance) shall be provided by the bidder. The RTU offered shall have sufficient capacity, in all means, to provide SCADA for both 11 kV and 33 kV RMUs offered.
