Dismantling wooden boardings in lining of walls and partitions, including supporting members and stacking within 50 metres lead :Thickness above 10 mm up to 25 mm

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POST-CONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified : Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete

Providing wood work in frames / partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws / fastners etc. : Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Providing Unskilled manpower for shifting of various items, materials from construction site to specified space in the institute as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
