Hiring One No. Diesel running car in good show room condition of latest model (Not before 2019) along with driver of car for Chief Engineer (O&M), PTCUL, Haldwani for 12 months. TERMS & CONDITIONS:- (a) The Average Fuel Consumption of vehicle shall not be less than 12 Km/Litre. (b) The Vehicle must have Uttarakhand Permit. (c) Model/Manufacturing year of car is not before 2019. (d) The average utilization of the car will be 5000 Km in a month which may vary upto any extent as per requirement of work. (e) The amount of the fuel will be paid by the PTCUL. (f) The car will be hired along with the driver. Availability of driver must be for 24 hours. (g) The expenditure of maintenance, repair etc. is borne by the vehicle owner, including taxes to be paid to RTO/other department. (h) In case of breakdown of the vehicle the alternative arrangement will be made by the vehicle owner with six hours. (i) The contractor shall provide mobile phone to the driver for which no extra claim shall be admissible. The mobile phone shall have to be kept ON round the clock. In case the mobile of driver switched OFF and written complaint by concerned officer using the vehicle, a penalty of Rs. 500/- per complaint (or Log Book entry) will be deducted from the monthly bill of concerning period. (j) The vehicles are hired for local as well as out station duties. The contractor shall have to pay the driver for out station haults @ of Rs. 200/- per night. The charges shall be reimbursed to the contractor on actual basis on production of documentary proof. (k) The complete registration and insurance papers of the car must be kept with the vehicle at all times. The vehicle must be in taxi permit. (l) The vehicle shall be hired for maximum 12 months period which may be reduced to any extent without assigning shall be reason to serve a notice of 15 days allowable time. (m) The other terms and conditions of the contract will be applicable as perform ‘A’ of PTCUL.
