M&L precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over.

M&L for applying pitch free pu based liquid applied single component elastomeric seamless, water and vapour proof membrane system Nitoproof 600F for concrete @ 2.50kg/Sqm (02 coats) over 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 for roof treatment portion only including taking down of existing roof treatment. Typical applications wiil include roofs, podium, balconies, floor slabs, suspended floors, patios, bathroom and toilets, inspections pits, swimming pools, bridge decks, confirming Tenile strength (2N/mm2) (ASTM D412)/Tear resistance (15 KN/M) (ASTM D624-00) and crack bridgng (ASTM C836/ASTM C1305 midified) 2mm. After 72 hours of curing, flood test can be carried out to a minimum depth of 50mm of water for 24 hours. Drains shall be plugged and barriers placed to contain the water. Make : Fosroc/Sika/CICO/Asian paints or equivalent. All above operations to be done in the presence and supervision of auth applicator in order.

S&F in replacement 8mm thick, wooden pieces, machine pressured one side laminated and other side balancing green, as in parquet flooring with and including necessary padding as soft wool graded type as required at site, fixed with adhesive as per menufacture's instructions including taking own old wooden flooring with or without plywood complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9mm thick plywood, graded BWR, type BB fixed with rawl plug and screws to timber framework fixed as in repair of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 under floor tiles, all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade polished vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat sement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid, joint free (edgecut) coloured ceremic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) polished area of each tile exceeding 0011 sqm but not exeeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.
