Switch Board should be fabricated out of 2 mm sheet steel, dust tight, vermin proof, totally enclosed and fully interlocked, IP 42 protection, cubicle type, free standing, floor mounted, extensible on both sides, complete with rack in - rack out mechanism, horizontal draw out, horizontal isolation type breaker as per IS/IEC 62271-1:2017 with necessary amendment up to date, suitable for indoor operation at 11 kV as well as 6 KV, 3 phase, 50 Hz, AC supply, with Bus Bar: 800A, 26.3 KA for 3 sec, 3phase Al. bus bar- 1set, 2 Nos Incomer and 1 No. Buscoupler: rating of 800 Amp,VCB & Outgoings - 2 Nos. (for Transformers) 630 amp VCB & 4 Nos. 630 amp (for other feeders) VCB having 12 KV grade, 26.3 kA breaking capacity with motorised spring charge mechanism rated for 230 volt AC, tripping coil and closing coil for 110 V DC as per specifications attached and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type 2500 KVA 11 - 6 / 0.415 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz, Dyn11, KNAN type, copper wound Transformer with Off load tap changing arrangement +5% to -10% of HV in steps of 2.5 percent for variation of HV having cable end box weather proof termination on HV side suitable for 3 Core x 300 Sq.mm. XLPE cable of 11 KV grade on HT side and 4000 Amp Aluminium sandwich bustrunking on LV side complete with all accessories like buchholz relay, oil temperature indication, winding temperature indication, Silica Gel Breather, Conservator tank oil level indicators (MOG, Sight Glass), PRV and alarm & trip etc. i/c first filling of filtered dehydrated K class natural easter oil (FR3) and confirming to IS: 16659:2017 and losses shall be as energy efficiency level 1 only with an impedance of 6.5 to 7% i/c as per specification attached complete in all respects as required at site. Design ambient to be considered as 50 Deg C. All the balance parameter like temp rise, Basic insulation level, flux density etc. shall be strictly in accordance with IS 2026 Part - 1 only. Provision of On-line Health Monitoring system with OTI, WTI, Voltage, Current, Percentage loading, Buchholz & PRV relay status with historical data saving as per specifications attached and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
SITC of LT bus duct for 4000 amps. rating, indoor sandwiched type Busduct (fault level of 65 KA) [for connecting 2 nos. transformer secondary side to Incomers of NE#1 MV panel having suitable rated aluminium conductor for three phase and 100% neutral connections with necessary 90 dgree bends, adopter boxes with flanged end as per site requirement and necessary copper flexible (set of TPN) at terminating ends etc. as required, GI housing for heat dissipation in natural environment, complete with 2 nos. 50 x 6 mm Aluminium continuous earthing conductor and having necessary hanging arrangement, elbows, zig zag bridge for phase sequence matching, supports from the ceiling. The housing shall be powder coated etc. as required complete as per site requirement, as per specifications attached and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

The panel shall be able to give location of all fire and Fire / fault and Isolation conditions of addressable units via the address codes. The panel shall have the capacity of storing up to 2000 events. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch ON /OFF respective control module whenever any alarm is triggered. The panel should have inbuilt common Alarm, Fault and monitored sounder output. The panel shall have VGA monochrome LCD display and having maximum 320 (8 x 40) Characters in the display with 24 Zones LED indicators. The panel shall have a built in power supply and battery charger. Battery charger shall be able to charge the system batteries of up to 33AH capacity with 2 no’s 7AH battery as per specifications attached and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
