Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished Granite of any colour and shade,(Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm) premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills,facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups,including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding

Providing and fixing IS : 3564 aluminium extruded section body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Single aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

Providing and laying rectified Antiskid Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Plastering with C.M.1:3, 12mm thick with neat cement flushing coat with the addition of colouring compound (red oxide) with thread line wherever necessary with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface

Finishing walls with two or more coat Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade in New work (applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Floor polishing on masonry or concrete floors or red oxide with wax polish of approved brand and manufacture.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour: One coat

Wall painting with two coat premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping,sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint one or more coats on old work of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade

French spirit polishing one or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm) Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs ( thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm) laid in cement mortar including stacking serviceable material in Engineering Unit store and other materials within 50 metres lead as per the instructions of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead
