Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 mts and lift upto 1.5m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with fine sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and Laying P.C.C in (1:4:8) mix with 20mm nominal crushed stone agg. Including all lead lift and carriages including loading, unloading stacking at site complete Job.

Providing /laying R.C.C in (1:1.5:3) mix with 20mm nominal size crushed stones aggregates excluding centering and Shuttering. Including all lead lift and carriages including loading, unloading stacking at site complete Job.

Providing and fixing hexagonal M.S sheet ceiling fan box with clamp of internal dia 140mm, 73mm, height, 3mm thick rim, top and bottom lid of 1.5mm M.S sheet. Lid shall be screwed into M.S Box by means of 3mm round headed screws, one lock at corners, clamps shall be made of 12mm dia M.S bar bent to shape as per standard drawing with over all length as 80mm.

Providing and laying 1:2:4 mix flooring with the floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry with 20mm nominal size crushed stone agg.50mm thick. Including all lead lift and carriages including loading, unloading stacking at site complete Job.

12mm cement plaster of mix 1 cement:6 coarse sand Including all lead lift and carriages including loading, unloading stacking at site complete Job.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side or hall brick wall of mix 1cement:6 coarse sand, Including all lead lift and carriages including loading, unloading stacking at site complete Job.

6 mm thick (1:3 mix)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised-rigid PVC rain water pipe confirming to IS:13592 type-A including jointting with seal ring confirming to IS:5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion single socketed pipes 110mm diameter.

Providing and fixing of electric points complete in all respect as per requirement of site, to be paid as per actual
