Item No 41 : MS pile liner fabricated out of 6mm and 8mm thick plain MS plate conforming to FE-410 S by welding, welding the joints, lengthening wherever required, providing stiffners, lifting hooks including all T&P as required, shifting the same from one position to other as required,driving in true vertical alignment in position to the required level for piles complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : MS pipe liner shall be casted as mentioned in the drawings. However for payment purpose, the depth/height of liner shall be measured up to the cutoff level only irrespective of the depth provided for retaining concrete/bentonite slurry. Item No 48 : Supply and erecting two poles structure with 02 Nos of Prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 type 11 M long conforming to IS complete with bolts, nut, & screw all as specified and directed. (ii) The sheet metal components are hot dip seven tank pretreated. (iii) It is pure polyester based powder coated (inside as wall as outside). All nuts/bolts/hardwares are zinc coated with salt spray test as per ASTMB- 117. (iv) Battery is accommodated in a tray in the enclosure. (v) The doors are fitted with gasket with high quality EPON gasket to avoid leakage of sound. (vi) Sound proofing of enclosure is done with high quality rock wool/mineral wool conforming to IS 8131 of 50 mm thickness and density of 96 kg/cum. (vii) The wool is further covered with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coated sheet, insulation level conforming to UL 94 HF1 class flammability. (viii) A special residential silencer is provided within the enclosure to control exhaust noise.
