Supplying and application of chemical for post Installed rebar connection by using ETA approved for seismic criteria In rebar connection, Including drilling hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleanlng with brush & jet of clean air, fillng chemical usIng serrated noule to eliminate mIxIng error and in a voldless manner IncludIng charges for all tools & plants. Application to be designed for post• Installed rebars as per ECZ/TR023 or relevant tested and accepted design guidelines and the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer. The chemical should have ETA apprOVal for seIsmIc criteria of rebar fixing whIch should be furnished by manufacturer. The installation and the setting instructions should be strIctly followed as per manufacturer's specifications as approved by EICprior to drlll/ng along with post· Installed rebar embedment design report. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hitting existing reinforcement in concrete. Cost of post installed rebaring application with chemical as speclfled for 12 mm dia per cm of depth

Ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant codes. (i) Pakur Variety. - 3rd floor

(up to roof of ground floor). 9 to 12 mm. thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work. 3rd floor

M.S structural work in colums, beams etc. with simple roled structural members (e.g. joints angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineering -in- charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc weldingconforming to IS: 816 - 1956 & IS :1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 814 - 1957, haulage, hoisting and erections all complete. the rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidential charges such as electricity charges, labour incurance charges etc.(Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Payment for Gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make by adding . (III) For built up sections / structural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 kg./m. 3rd floor

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

(a) Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubberemulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with waterin proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturer'sspecification [Cement to be supplied by the Department]

Providing and inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting asper Technical specifications necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with Cement/Epoxy

Sealing of crack / porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.

Supplying. preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and jackting of damaged R.C.C. members. The micro concrete should achieve a compressive strength not less than 10 MPaafter 24 hours. 40 Mpa after 7 days 3 and 50 Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPaafter 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar . (c)10 mm. thick plaster. Ground Floor

Synthetic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solventbased interior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturer's specification) including cleaning and smoothning of surface. Two Coats

(a) Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand parpering etc. in cluding using of approved putty etc. on the surface , if necessary. (b) On steel or other metal surface: (1) With super gloss (hi-gloss). (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white).

Taking out Mirzapur or glazed porcelain tiles carefully bychiselling from walls or floor including stacking serviceablematerial as directed.

Supplying, fitting & fixing granite slabs 15mm to 18 mm. thick with uniform texture & without decorative veins in columns,wall, facia,rise etc. with 15 mm thick [avg] cement mortar(1:2) including making suitable arrangements to hold the stones properly by brass / copper hooks including pointing incement mortar (1:2) (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with admixture of pigment matching the stone shades all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, scaffolding, staging, curing androughening of concrete surface complete.[Using cement slurry at back side of granite @ 4.4 kg/sq.m & white cement slurry for joint filling @ 1.8 kg/sq.m]In ground floor (b) Area of each Granite slab above 1.00 Square meter. Applying Interior grade Acrylic Primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive Distemper/ Acrylic emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. (In Ground Floor) (a) One Coat i) Water based interior grade Acrylic Primer

Applying Acrylic Emulsion Paint of approved make and brand on walls and ceiling including sand papering in intermediate coats including putty (to be done under specific instruction of Superintending Engineer) : (Two coats) (ii) luxury quality.
