S&F 2 mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc ,including dismantling of existing translucent sheet,.including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- Replacement work will be carried out at height upto 18-20 mtr from ground level

M&L for applying one coat of TankMastic bituminous Anti corrsive Multi Purpose coating as per IS :9862-1981,IS [email protected] Kg per Sqm followed by fixing super Flash strip multi purpose all weather ,eay to apply ,self adhesive ,pressure -sensitive ,UV resistent 1.5mm thick 100 mm width bituminous tape protected by aluminium -flim and reinforced with polister film .complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for, raking out existing joint sealant from expansion joints with using appropriate tools and mechanical means for joints of size 25-30 mm wide and 20-25 mm deep of sealant including taking out compressible backer rod of dia 30-40 mm (Total depth 45-55 mm) from joints, cleaning the joints of sides, bottom and removing the loose particles of sealant dust etc., with suitable tools and mechanical driven machine, drying the joints surface of moisture completely by means of mechanical driven air blower, applying one coat of primer and insert compressible cross linked polyurethane form backer rod, closed cell, medium density of appropriate dia as per site condition, putting in polyurethane joint sealant of approved make in joints as per manufacturer's instruction, and cleaning the surface,complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing the aluminium/copper earthing or lighting prtection strips in buildings or structure in same position with and including replacement of all old broken fitting ,rubber packings ,ceramic insulater/barriers and screws and fixtures as required up to 18 Mtr height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed NOTE :- (i)RATE FOR SCAFFOLDING/LADDER IF REQUIRED IS INCULDED IN QUOTED RATE.

Material and labour for 3 mm thick Antistatic epoxy Flooring as per manufactur's instruction i.e., Surface preparation and levelling course with Moisture Barrier , Prepare the concrete surface using chiselling,Grinding to remove any loose Material, Contaminations and laitance to provide a sound, fine gripping surface. Clean the entire floor area using a vacuum cleaner. Providing and applying 2 part water dispersed epoxy resin primer Sikafloor ®-80 primer of Sika or equivalent over the primed surface. Providing and applying three part, self smoothing underlay screed Sikafloor 82 Epocem of Sika or equivalent to a thickness of 2mm then followed by providing & applying ESD Epoxy Top coat of 1 mm thick with Sikafloor 262 AS N of Sika or equivalent having 97% (by volume) solid content including taking the conductivity measurements of top coat applied over Conductive Undercoat of Sikafloor 220W of Sika or equivalent @ 0.10 kg/sqm including testing the resistance of undercoat over application of a primer Sikafloor 161 HC Epoxy Primer of Sika or equivalent @ 0.3 kg/sqm including preparation of surfaces and application of Epoxy Coving by 75mm x 75mm to be done including removal of old existing damaged antistatic epoxy flooring ,complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (a) Contractor should note that finished top surface/layers after drying should match the level of existing surface so that no irregularities is felt while movements. (b)Colour of new Flooring should match the existing shade.

Materials and Labour for,putting in silicon based sealent of approved make for filling in pin holes (not exceeding 2mm dia.) in PPGI/CGI/Galvalume sheets in roof coverings as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. [Make:-M-Seal/Loctite/Dr Fixit]

Materials and Labour for,raking out existing joint sealant from gaps between chowkhats or frame and jambs of doors/windows and putting in silicon based filler of approved make in joints as per manufacturer's instructions,complete all as specified and as directed. Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of spherical wind driven turbine ventilator with aluminium ventilator material and stainless steel (SS 304 Grade) hardware, 18 mm dia.SS center shaft with two nos self lubricated ball bearings,outer dia of turbine min 760 mm, doom dia. min. 380 mm,rotor dia. min 655 mm,throat dia. min 610 mm, height min 360 mm,with minimum 38 Nos of statically and dynamically balanced aluminium alloy vanes of 0.50 mm thickness,including provision of translucent UV stabilized FRP Base plate of size 1600 mm x 1050 mm ( Approx.),Includiong dismantling of existing turbo ventilator at a heioght complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for waterproofing treatment to existing RCC roof in the following steps up to 10 mtr height including necessary scalfolding and safety measures complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Complete removal of the existing water proofing treatment and removing of debris from premises and cleaning roof surfaces by brushing etc and washing down with water and removing dirt, dust etc complete (ii) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq. metre including flashings and junction of parapets, etc and Providing 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:3), mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions, on concrete surface of roofs or terracing and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iii) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per sqm over prepared surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces confirming to IS : 3384.(primer and membrane to be used shall be same manufacturer) manufacture of density at 25° C, 0.87-0.89 kg/ litre and viscosity 70-160 cps prime shall be brand of Shalitex of STP or EmufalTE of M/s Texa Indian Ltd or cold stick bitumen primer of M/s IWL/Sika or equivalent make (iv) One layer of APP based polymeric membranes of approved manufacturers, 3 mm thick, weight (not less than 3.8 kg/ sqm ± 5 % per sqm) , reinforced with non woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gms/sqm). Polymeric membrane shall be taken to cover the thickness of slab and shall be finished by a membrane flushing shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc.

Note: (v) Laying of APP based membranes shall be done by torch application or as per manufacturer's instructions. (vi) Side overlaps shall be minimum 75 mm and the end taps shall be minimum 100 mm and sealing of all overlaps & joints as per manufacturer instruction. (vii) For parapets, membranes shall be taken to a height of minimum 60 Cm and then inserted to the parapet in a groove. The same shall be finished by a membrane flashing. 3. APP membrane shall be laid and tested by the Authorised applicator under strict supervisionand Leak proof testing with ponding with water shall be done for 72 hours in presence of user representative and report shall be sumitted. Requisite 10 years guarantee certificate from Authorised along with contractor’s certificate required to be furnished after successfully completion of testing. The submission of both certificate is mandatory before issue of completion certificate.

Material and Labour for applying floor marking paint using material STP Shali floor TC 2HBE or equivalent material and in colour as per existing shade over old markings on PU flooring /Anti static Floor inside hangers or connected annexes or in any other buildings,complete all as specified and directed . Notes :- Application methodology:- (a) ShaliFloor® TC 2HBE or equivalent material of approved make should be applied only if the moisture content of the floor is below 5% when applied over concrete, the surface must be sound, free from dust, laitance and other contaminants. • For best bond, concrete surface must be textured by shot blasting / scarifying. • Remove oil and grease by washing with liquid detergent followed by acid wash or by burning. • Allow the floor to dry before priming. • Remove old painting using surface grinder. • Well prepared surface should be primed by brush or roller using ShaliPrime® 2E at a rate of 250 gm / m2 or with any equivalent material of approved make. • Allow the primer to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. • Stir the Component A and Component B separately. If settling is observed in the Component A, loosen the settled material with the help of hand stirrer followed by power driven stirrer for quick homogenous mixing. Mix hardener gradually into the base under continuous stirring. • After mixing, apply ShaliFloor® TC 2HBE or with any equivalent material of approved make by brush or roller to the required thickness on the dried primer. • ShaliFloor® TC 2HBE is a high build coating. It is advisable to apply two coats at right angles to each other. This way the second coat will cover any blemishes of the first coat. Allow first coat to become tack free before the second coat is applied. (Generally, second coat is applied after overnight curing of first coat.)
