Part -B: (Major component:Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Infrastructure) Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LT Panel Board in two sections for SCADA Disaster Recovery Centre. Complete in all respect as per technical specification mentioned in Annexure TS-1

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz, 125kVA rating CPCB IV compliant DG Set having inbuilt fuel supply system and separate AMF Panel including following:- (a) Casting of M-20 Grade cement & concreate foundation for installation of supplied DG-Set & AMF Panel. (b) Establishment of dedicated Earth grid of copper material for connection of neutral earthing of alternator of DG-sat through cooper earth strip of appropriate size. (c) Establishment of dedicated Earth grid of GI material for connection of body earthing of DG-sat through GI earthing strip of appropriate size. Detailed specification is provided in Annexure TS-2

Supply of Earth Grid material for maintenance free and water less earth grid to deliver earth result not exceeding 02 Ohms, consisting of earth electrode (s), Earth Strip and hardware for interconnection of earth electrodes, earth enhancing material (conductive concrete), complete in all respect and as per Technical Specification Prescribed at Annexure-TS-3

Supply of Copper bonded MS strip having size 50X6 mm for connection of earthing from earth grid to equipment, as per Technical Specification prescribed at Annexure-TS-3

Supply of 65 mm size, medium class GI pipe

Establishment of maintenance free and water less earth grid as per design of individual site, consisting following:- (i) Making of number (s) of vertical bore of dia and depth mentioned in design and embedding pre casted earth electrode (s) in bore (s) (ii) Interconnection of earth electrode (s) by jointing earth strip with stainless steel nut & bolts. Joint shall be treated with hot solder to make jointing air free gap. (iii) After placing the pre-casted earth electrode (s) in vertical bore (s), rest of the space of vertical bore (s) shall be filled by earth enhancing (conductive concrete) material in slurry form.

Laying of 50X6 mm copper bonded strip at 0.50 meter below ground level/surface/in recess including connections/jointing to connect equipment with earth grid.

Laying of 65mm size GI pipe horizontally at 0.5 meter below ground level/across the passage/wall/floor and vertically in recess/surface and drawing of 50X6 mm copper bonded strip through it for earthing.

Supplying ,Installation, Testing and Commissioning 415V 3 Phase 50Hz High Performance Precision A.C of 2 Ton Rating with humidity control arrangement and Necessary Ducting fabricated from GI Sheet suitable to deliver/suction of Air from dedicated point, as per requirement of SCADA server of disaster Recovery centre.Precision Air conditioning system should be capable for round the clock functioning without any interruption. Operational Logic: Two PAC shall constitute one unit. The unit operation logic shall be such that one PAC of the unit shall operate for defined number of hours and other PAC of the unit will be in standby mode. The standby unit will come in operation after set hours. If any issue/Alarm comes in the active unit then stand by unit should take over the control and becomes active until the issue in the other unit is resolved. Switching should happen automatically without any user intervention. The other unit of Two precision A.C shall operate in same sequence as explained above.Detailed Technical specification is enclosed at Annexure-TS-4

Supplying , Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Cooled Inverter Type - Hot & Cold 1.5 TR with 3 Star BEE Rating High Wall split type Air conditioners complete with Indoor unit (IDU), Outdoor unit (ODU),surface/concealed copper Refrigerant piping with insulation (closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular pipe section) upto 3 Mtr (IDU to ODU), copper power cable upto 3.5 Mtr (IDU to ODU) i/c drain pipe R-32/R-410/ R-407 Green Refrigerant, wireless Remote control, suitable for working between 180260V with low & high voltage cutoff and 50 hz ,1 phase AC supply capable of performing cooling, dehumidification, air circulation of following capacity with Scroll/rotary compressor. The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42 0C. Min 5-year Original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Must comply: Electrical cable IS 694 or IS 9968 temperature sensing control IS/International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 60730, hermetic compressor IS 10617, heat exchanger IS 11329, capacitor IS 2993 and motor IS 12615. Complete as per CPWD specification and IS:1391 Part II 2023. The system shall be able to operate up to 50 0C (outdoor ambient temperature).
