Jobs to be done: DESCRIPTION OF WORK Repairing/Reconditioning of Electrical Wiring Harness of Dumper 1. Complete inspection, repairing and reconditioning of the electrical wiring harness of the dumper. 2. Dismantling, checking and replacement/fixing of all defective LT wires as required. 3. Replacement and fixing of battery relay, including proper connection and testing. 4. Replacement and fixing of battery terminal sockets and heavy-duty copper lugs, including proper crimping and insulation. 5. Supply and fitting of adhesive tape, non-adhesive insulation tape, wire clips and flexible electrical wire cover/PVC pipe for proper routing and protection of wiring. 6. Supply, replacement and fixing of circuit breaker, wiring clips and 4-way switch/relay, as required. 7. Proper routing, dressing, clamping and securing of all electrical wires to avoid damage due to vibration, heat, abrasion and movement. 8. Checking and rectification of all electrical connections, terminals and joints for proper continuity and insulation. 9. Complete testing of the electrical circuit after repairing and replacement of components. Material Required:- LT wire (10mm/6mm/5mm/2.5mm/1.5mm), PVC wire 2.5mm, Flexible electric wire cover PVC pice 2.5mm, Battery relay 24V, Battery cut off power kill switch 200A 24V, relay 24V, Batery cable heavy duy, Terminal socket, Copper luge, Wire clip, 4st switch 24V. General Scope of Work The repairing work shall be completed with all required materials, consumables, tools, tackles and skilled manpower/labour. All wiring shall be properly connected, insulated, routed and secured. After completion, the complete electrical system shall be tested under operating conditions to ensure proper functioning and reliability of the dumper electrical system. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, labour, transportation, tools & tackles and all other incidental charges required for satisfactory completion of the work.
