Attending breakwown complaints and restoring power in external electrical distribution line by identifying the fault , ascertaining cause of the fault and under taking repairs such as replacing fuse wire , cut in jumpers , fixing of ACSR conductors, tightning of loose jumpers , replacing of defective insulators, Lugs & MCCBs etc, including checking of servicebility of cables by meggring process,checking of LT switch gears, earthing and other equipments such as VCBs, RMUs & Transformer etc complete all as specified and as directed Note :-(i) Contractor will have to deploy minimum 01 Electrician and Helper on round the clock (24x7) hrs on regular basis in alternate manner as per labour norms . (ii) Items required for minor repairs for restortion of electric supply such as fuse wire, Insulation LT tapes and all types of Al lugs including all Tools and Plants , ladder etc.,as required for repair work shall be provided / arranged by the contractor under his own arrangement . (iv) All complaints shall be attended with in 01 hour of reporting of complaints. Penalty charges for non attending complaints with in 24 hrs shall be Rs 300/- per complaint . (v) Any other items for restortion of electric supply will Paid under relevent items (vi) A joint inspection for checking of serviceability of all LT switch gears will be carried out with contrator's representative, user's representative and MES personal in every month.

Cleaning of outdoor Electric substation / Four pole structure / Two pole structure area free of vegetation and creepers by cutting vegetation / grass and cleaning the substation in side & upto 3 meter outside the fencing area including removal of cut vegetation out side MD land and applyiing weedicide alongwith periphery for one meter width complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Each Electric substation / Four pole structure / Two pole structure will be considered for one Job.

Repairs to Panel boards / busbar of any size by removing of incomer /out going cables and connecting with same size of new lugs , nut, bolts & welded the damgaged / broken portion making all doors to freely operatable by using grease and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on metal surface of panels / busbar surface area etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down LT XLPE / PVC UG cable 1100 V grade for 70 Sqmm 3.5 core connected from LT OH line to MCB DB, between the poles, transformer to LT Panels complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation and Earth work will be measured and paid seperately under the respective items

Supply, lay, connect, test and commisioning of LT XLPE insulated, screen, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor multistranded 70 Sqmm 3.5 core, 1100 volts grade including connecting the cable ends to the LT Panel/ Transformer /LT OH lines and distribution board complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The rates quoted deemed to be inclusive of necessary end terminations connecting materials such as lugs, nut bolt washers, aluminium jumper wire to suits the existing system. (ii) Excavation, RFR, PCC Cover, Sand for cable protection will be measured and paid seperately under the respective items

Supply and spreading natural river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness will be measured and paid for purpose of the payment.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed .

Removal of surplus excavated material ( soils) to a distance not exc., 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
