Excavation of earth for pipe line Assuming that 90% pipe line is laid in trenches, it is estimated that 75% excavation will be done in ordinary soil and rest 25% will be done in soil mixed with shingle, bajri & boulders

Design, testing bearing capacity of soil and construction of R.C.C. (1:1½:3) semi sunk sump/Clear Water Reservoir of following capacities in K.L. including supply of necessary scaffolding, shuttering and other accessories along with construction of all valve chambers, supply and fixing of inlet and outlet pipes of size equal to sizes of inlet and outlet pipe line, making bye pass arrangement, fixing of overflow pipe in outlet pipe/distribution system, fixing of lightening conductor & M.S. Manhole of size 1 m x 1 m as per norms, water level indicator, supply and fixing of M.S. Steel Ladder outside and inside the tank, fixing of railing around top dome, construction of 90 cm width PCC apron with drain around the CWR and colour washing of approved class snowcem including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete as per latest IS specification or as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

Supply & Fixing of chlorinating arrangement of 25 litre capacity over CWR roof slab. Including supply of all materials & labours as per type design & drawing complete.

Design, drawing, testing bearing capacity of soil & construction of Pump House of size 7.0x6.0x4.0 m made up of Brick masonry with R.C.C. flat roof pumping station i.e. MPS & IPS and other appurtenant works with construction of cantilever beems for supporting of ISMB girder and chainpully including construction of pumps foundation as per drawing issued by the department at the time of execution including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete with cartage of materials as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge.

Survey, design, supply, cartage & laying, jointing, Welding, testing & commissioning of following dia and thickness M.S. E.R.W. Pipe (YST-210) by welding (by 20 KVA Generator) conforming of to IS: 1387- 1967, IS 1978 – 1982 & IS 816: 1969 including painting of pipe from outside with anti corrosive paint in two coats, making necessary connections for pumps and sump cum CWR at MPS and other appurtenant works such as fixing of air valve, sluice valve, reflux valve at suitable points including making scouring arrangement at suitable locations by fixing Tee and gate valve etc. complete. including supply of all materials, labour, T&P and testing of supplied materials etc. complete as per latest IS specification or as per direction, satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge after painting two coat of anti corrosive paint over one coat primer and testing of pipe line complition of work.
