(A) Amend the scope and value of any work to be tendered, in which event only those bidders who

meet the requirements as amended shall be eligible.

(B) Reject or accept any tender at its discretion.

(C) Cancel the entire tendering process and reject all bids.

(D) Request for extension of any date for any submissions shall not be entertained beyond the

stipulated date and time.

(E) Jamnagar Municipal Corporation, Jamnagar shall not be liable for any such action nor be under

any obligation to inform any of the applicants of the grounds for its action and decisions.
