Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick (10+5) in two layers on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC shall be apply in second layer and measured and paid separately) complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. all as directed.

Suppy and fixed in repairs, aluminium anodized louvered ventilators with glass louvers , without sash bars, of aluminium sections weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings and with suitable locking arrangements tc.complete all as specified.

Supply and fixed mild steel framed work such as grills , gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged in to spikes; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters ; walk ways ; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured/ digital print tiles size (300 x 450 mm 6 to 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed. ( screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for false ceiling with GI powder coated frame work and 4 mm thick, (E-board) non asbesto fibre reinforced cement board , Reinforced Designer Board tiles conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336 , of approved texture at all height duly suspended ceiling laid on hot dip galvanised iron imposed grid of size 600 mm x 600 mm, T section / Angle section including cutting holes in brick wall and making good surface with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 / 1:3 cement mortar complete all as specifiedand having following details: (a) 27mm x 27 mm angle 0.55 mm thickness, GI powder coated hot dip galvanised plugged at the rate 600mm centre to centre alongwith the perimeter of wall. Supply and fixing flood light bracket made out of angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 5mm thick by cutting, welding and well finishing suitable size complete with drilling, hole, fixing with nuts bolts and washers including painting with two coats aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing pole junction box (Loop IN and Loop OUT) of size 250mm x 190mm x 150mm, made out of 2.00 mm CRCA sheet CPRI approved factory made, weather, dust & vermin proof with front door and suitable locking arrangemennt including applying two coats of Powder coated paint over exposed external & internal sufaces with three phase and neutral copper busbar of size 20x3mm wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with copper nuts, boolts & washers for cable connections mounted on hyydrographic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends off busbar and one no SP 6 Amps 'C' series mounted on DIN rail including dismantling/takking out old unserviceable any type of busbar box from existing position all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply and install street light panel 3 phase with max load 6 KW having digital timer, with provision of MCB TPN 40 amps with contractor rating 32 Amp TP including necessary connection complete..

Material and labour point wiring for light point/ fan point, one light/fan/exhaust fan/ bell push point controlled by one, one way switch using 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectional area multistranded copper conductor, PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cables, 1100 volts grade single core in and including 20 mm dia or higher size rigid PVC concealed conduits and fittings of medium grade, including pressed steel terminal switch boxes, 3 mm thick bakelite sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers and 1.5 sqmm nominal cross sectioanl area multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire and connecting to earth dolly and brass screws, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300mm sweep steel body with louvers 900 rpm 50 Hz 230 volts AC, fixed in existing opening of wall and point and making good distrubed surfaces complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep, 230 volts AC 50 Hz, metal body with BEE 5 STAR rating comforming to IS-374-1979 including necessary connection with prewired 3 core flexible multistrand copper cable complete all as specified.
