Amount

a. Dismantling of 50Hp motor from its respective base frame by opening foundation bolts, using chain pulley block and allied tools and tackles for carrying motor to the loading site, loading in private load carrier and shifting it to workshop for necessary repairs. Shifting back 50Hp motor to site after taking necessary repairs at workshop by loading in private load carrier and testing on full load after connecting 03 power supply connections. b. Complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality.(42kg @ 1300/kg) c. Providing & fitting of high quality insulating material in the slots of the stator including bamboo straps, lethoride paper fiber glass tape etc. d. Varnishing of windings using good quality varnish The job includes heat treatment process using conventional method. e. Reassembling of the stator rotor assembly carefully without causing any damage to the windings. f. Deduct the cost of old scrap as 80% of the weight of copper winding at item 3(33.6kg @ 450/kg) g. Providing & fitting of Tc-14 rubber tyre coupling.(02 no) h. Modification of one no bases frame at site by way of making approx size of hole with the help of gas cutter for proper fitment of motor. The job also include the charge for providing four angle iron pieces as per requirement and welded it proper with base frame ,& then fitted motor on it for proper alignment of pumping unit. The job also includes the charge for providing & fitting of nuts & bolts of rubber tyre coupling as per sample. The job also include the charge for hiring gas cutter, welding set, diesel generator and other tools & tackles for the completion of work. Note :The work has to be executed at site in presence of site Engineer keeping in view the COVID-19 pandemic and early execution of job as there is no standby unit at site.
