providing, fixing MS flange made of 20-25mm thick MS plate on G.I. pipe, the welding of flanges with pipe should conform to IS : 816-1965 with electrode as per IS : 814-1967 including required Nos. of bolts & nuts as per IS:1369-1967 & 3mm thick asbestos fiber jointing gasket conforming to IS: 2712-1965.The welding of flange should be done in two layers on both faces to make the joints air tight, to ensure leak-free joints, & as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge . - 100 mm dia pipe

Welding by DG welding set at different places in leakages points with two or more layers of welding one side of each connections in the pipe line dia of 100 /150 mm including (i/c cost of material i/c nipple,bend,socket,tee, machinery &labour charges) in all respect as per direction of engineer-in-charge
