Supply, installation, testing, commissioning of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) 60 lighting conuctor which is type active lighting conductor designed to confirm to the French Standard, with SS adaptor Terra streamer @ products complete the protection pyramid. Protection radious in level 1 Protection 80 meters & level II 107 meters are as under :- (a) Lighting Strike recorder LSC 7 Digit shall be weather proof type. It should have 7 digit event count and the capacity to count smallest strike (3kA). M & L in repair earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcol dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connected by copper strip 20 mm x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers connected to test termination point protected by 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The unit rate shall include for GI water pipe, protection pipe wire mesh, funnel, excavation, RCC pit cover, PCC, test point, GI strip 32 X 6 mm from top of earth plate upto 5 m. (ii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 1.5m away from the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fixing junction, Elbows etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC 1:2:4, type B-1, 80 mm thick reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/Sqm in lieu of cast iron cover. (iv) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own cost to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in repair earthing continuity conductor of main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or down in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required of size 20 x 3 mm copper strip for net connection through LPDE pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cost for LPDE pipe & earth work will be deemed to included in quoted rate.

M & L for 40 mm dia low density polyethylene pipe (LPDE) of pressure rating 6 kg/cm2 laid in trench with all fittings for protection of earth strips for roof conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm cursed stone aggregate for laying PCC work at defferent locations/ installation including finishing the exposed faces of concrete even and smooth using extra cement for filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement air termination, single pointed, aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos, 8mm dia, 25mm long hex. head screw, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair copper strip 20 x 3 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earth Enhancing Back Fill chemical Compound (Bentonite) to additional filling in the chemical Earthing, complete all as specified and directed.
