Surface excavation n. exc 30 cm deep, averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating, formation surfaces (in cutting) with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete to required level, gradient, slopes, camber and super elevation including approved earth which may occur during rolling process complete all as specified and directed

M & L for soling or sub base 150mm spread thickness with broken stone boulders, interstices filled surfaces form and rolled to required level camber gradient and super elevation and consolidating with 8 to 10 ton power rollers complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) of flint or quartzite stone spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly priming /tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness 75mm or less with using 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Preparing of surface and priming coat will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with mechanical boomer for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical boomer and finally with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to removed all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic paint of minimum 2.5 mm thick single coat layer as in lines, dashes, arrows etc for road marking with using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (Hot application), White/Yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate inter fillers, Thermoplastic required for glass beads shall be as per table No 8004 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacturer instruction complete including taking out old layer of paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Solar road stud having 3 LED's of colours red/yellow/blue/green tough pressure dia casted aluminium alloy of size 125x125mm height 20mm with fixing with epoxy, LED's solar cells battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable poly carbonate transparent sheet roof system workable for 3-4 (nights) after full charge in 8-10hours complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, coping, benching, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, kerb etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary from work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, filling and mass concrete complete finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete, all as specified and directed.
