5.2.a:Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

OD160727/2023-2024:Laying 40mm premixed chipping carpet over BT surface with departmental broken stones after thoroughly cleaning the base with wire brushes, brooms and applying a priming coat of hot bitumen @2.50Kg/10m2 and spreading the hot premix of 0.32m3 of 24mm, 0.22m3 of 12mm departmental metal mixed with 22.08Kg of bitumen per 10m2, rolling to dense surface, then spreading the seal coat comprising of 0.09m3 of 6mm metal mixed with 8.64kg of bitumen per 10m2 and rolling again including cost of bitumen, fuel, hire charges machineries etc. complete excluding the cost of bitumen, 24mm,12mm and 6mm metal (Total usage of bitumen 33.22 Kg per 10m2) (I.R.C 3.4.2)

5.6.2.a:Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 80-100 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with a bituminous binder( NRMB) @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects For Grading - II (13.2 mm Nominal Size)

8.13:Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads on Bituminous Surface @ 250 gms per sqm area, the thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes.

8.35:Providing and fixing reflective road studs (Raised Pavement Marker) of ' category A' made out of ASA/HIPS/ABS moulded body with shanks and conforming to ASTM D 4280, strong enough to support a load of more than 13.635 T when tested in accordance with ASTM D 4280, reflective panel confirming to ASTM D 788, and reflectivity conforming to clause 804.4. including installation, drilling, fixing with adhesive etc. with 2 years warranty for the road stud as well as for in field performance as per clause 804.7.3 Road Markers/Road Stud with Lense Reflector :-

3.17:Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.
