Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc, laid dry complete all as specified.

Excavating over areas, not exc 1.5 m deep and getting out and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified..

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m., complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm, all as specified.

Removing excavated materials soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 (nominal mix) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete in cement concrete 1:2:4( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in win dow or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:6 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoarsed, well bonded, bedded and soilidly hearted built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone agrregate) as in bond stone set in CM 1:6 , including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Extra over stone walling of lime or sand stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, including filling in soft spots, depressions, etc. which occur during rolling (for portion coming in cutting/original ground only) to required camber and gradient, etc. including watering before or during rolling, all complete all as specified and as directed .

150mm thick (Spread thickness) Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed .

Water bound macaadam 150mm thick (Compacted thickness), in two layers, laid with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (63mm to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size),using Granite, trap or Basalt of best quality locally available spread and rolled with 10 to 12 tonnes power roller, consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 10 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, complete all as specified.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with power sweeper or compressor to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen at 5 kg per 10 sq metre of road surface, complete all as specified.

Providing premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with 4% binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mix plant, transported and shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% bitumen binder content by weight of total mix using as per table 500-15 of Morth, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne vibrator power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be mixed in automatic temperature controlled hot mixing plant, transported and premix carpet shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver, rolled with vibrator roller.

Cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified.

Continuous brick edging; with width equal to thedepth of the brick, using old size fly ash bricks, laid dry, on edge complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified.

PVC 110mm dia pipe, pressure rating 4 kgf//sqcm (in short length) , fixed in retaining wall as weep hole complete all as specified & directed.

Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified.

40mm graded crushed stone aggregate (for weep holes), complete all as specified.

Preparing bituminous/concrete surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 mixed with radium glass beads @ 250gm/ Sqm with special applicator machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approx temp being 200°C at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign material complete all as specified. Note:- Road marking lines at the centre of road shall not be continuous, whereas the lines at outer sides of road shall be continuous i.e in one length.
