SH_I (Dismantling of existing lifts and civil work) Dismantling of complete existing Olympus make lifts of buildings B-1, C-8 & C-9 complete as required (as per technical specification on Pg no and additional features on pg no ) and stacking/tagging of the dismantled materials/components of the lifts in the stilt area as per direction of Engineering in charge including civil works before installation of the lifts which includes white washing of shaft and machine room on top, entrance frame work at each floor, wall chipping etc complete as required and as per direction of Engineering-in-charge.

SH_II (SITC of 10 passenger lifts.) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of gearless/ with or without machine room lifts along with required civil and electrical works at bldg B-1 with carrying load capacity 680 kg, 6 number of stops, variable voltage, variable frequency controlled drive system, simplex type collective control having travel speed of 1.00 m/s, car size not less than: 1100 mm (W) x 1300 mm (D) x 2135 mm (H), door width 800 mm and height 2000 mm, with either control door opening: center opening, car designed in stainless steel hairline finish, mirror and handrail on rear wall with standard features, automatic rescue device, overload, pre-annouoncing arrows for collective controls, position indicator, door open/close and alarm buttons, auto fan off, call acceptance (visual) etc complete as required (as per technical specification on Pg no and additional features on pg no ) including Architect/RCC certificate, PWD fees and all other formalities for smooth commissioning of the lift.

SH_III (Electrical Works) Supply of approved make XLPE armoured cable of size 4 C x 10 sqmm with copper conductor 1.1 KV 650/1100 V grade as per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 etc complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required. 2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

Supplying and fixing metal box of following sizes (nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size of phenolic laminated sheet cover in front including painting etc. as required. 150 mm X 150 mm X 60 mm deep

Supplying and fixing PVC batten/ angle holder including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required. 5/6 A switch
